Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Just lost a customer. I used to come often. Ordered the new blue smoothie. Took one sip and it was disgusting. Ask the cashier if I could switch, she said id have to pay for another. . Dont worry about it. I won't be back. Lol

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. I will be driving an extra 12 minutes to a different location from now on.

I placed our order online and we picked it up. We decided to sit outside and enjoy our meal & weather. The flatbread chicken pesto was very messy like it was just thrown together so disappointing 😞

Let me start by saying I have frequent visits to this location but this morning was the worst. Walked in and was not greeted. The young lady seen me come in turn her head and walked to the back to give another associate a phone. My order was placed. The associate stated a Bahama bowl and another associate stated and. The other associate said and as in disbelief. My bowl was made but I wanted more honey. One of the associates walked to the counter to give out a smoothie. Didn’t ask me what I need and or anything. So someone from the back ask what do I need. I ask for honey and receive it. Get to work and take a bite and my pineapples were sour. Had to throw the whole bowl away.

I didn't order food. The smoothies are amazing!!!

Everytime I come here my smoothie is watered down. As someone who worked at TSC in college it is clear the staff are NOT following the recipe. Please retrain your staff. Just because the smoothie does not blend properly does not mean add additional pumps of water. I will not be returning to this location.

Stopped in today for a wrap and a smoothie and Latia deserves a shout out. She was very sweet and patient, excellent customer service.

The food was prepared quickly and was delicious. I recommend the baja wrap!

I had the Tropic Bowl at Tropical Smoothie Café, and it was amazing! The fresh, vibrant flavors of the fruit blended perfectly with the creamy yogurt and crunchy granola topping. It felt like a tropical vacation in every bite! The portion was generous and made for a refreshing, healthy snack or light meal. I highly recommend it if you're looking for something delicious, nutritious, and satisfying. I’ll definitely be returning to try more items from their menu!

Terrible customer service. Every single time. I wonder how these employees get hired in the first place. No personality and will have you standing at the front counter with them looking right at you for minutes before someone comes to take your order. Please shut this Tropical Smoothie down or hire people who care

Smoothies are pretty good and fast but when it comes to ordering food they take a bit and the quality of how its been made has gone down if its for a quick smoothie its not bad but ordering food here isn’t worth the money

What is there not 2 like? The music, customer service, people, the dishes & the Sm❤️❤️thies! Janiya, my Somoothier, told me her favorite & the ones she whips up most often & we came up with Mango Magic, another new favorite!
