i mean, the food is always good but it’s just that the service was a tiny bit slow but i know the employees are hard at work so i’ll stay very happy.

Placed an order for an açaí bowl WITH NUTELLA and got a bowl without. Called to resolve the issue and the woman hung up the phone on me when I asked for the 1-800 number for the refund. This could be the last TS on earth I’d never return.

I didn't like my smoothie and I was told they can't remake or get a refund. I would need to repurchase it again! I have been a customer service manager for almost 18 years & I have never treated anyone like this and/or not made the moment right for a customer. I'm definitely disappointed in tge manager & unprofessional customer service skills! Hopefully this location can start making things right & value their customers In the future!

I stopped by to get a pick me up while my cat was being serviced across the street. I ordered a smoothie and sat to read but the playlist was too good! My smoothie was thick, delicious and gingery just how I like it. The staff was nice and welcoming so ill definitely be back.

The one time I come to this location my food was horrible! Smoothie was great but I need to address this! When I get back to work and open my wrap it looked like it had been dunked in water and I usually order the same thing every time I eat here and this is the first time this has ever happened before! Maybe this was just a one off but this was crazy! I arrived within the time frame the app said, like I’ve done before, and my past orders have never been this bad and to spend $16 with the way this economy is in shambles, this one caught me by surprise. Will I be back? Idk, fool me once I guess.
