Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The one time I come to this location my food was horrible! Smoothie was great but I need to address this! When I get back to work and open my wrap it looked like it had been dunked in water and I usually order the same thing every time I eat here and this is the first time this has ever happened before! Maybe this was just a one off but this was crazy! I arrived within the time frame the app said, like I’ve done before, and my past orders have never been this bad and to spend $16 with the way this economy is in shambles, this one caught me by surprise. Will I be back? Idk, fool me once I guess.

Ordered online and I ordered from wrong location tried calling to get refund but nobody picked up the phone……

the quality has drastically declined. Just ordered an acai bowl, and it was clear that I is stored frozen and they put the toppings on when ordered. The problem with this is they don't reblend it when they serve it to you so you recieve a block of acai with fruit on tip you have to wait to defrost to eat. As well since it's been sitting in a frozen block all the flavor of the acai is gone. You end up with fruit ice and honey tasting frozen flavor. It didn't used to be this way. Unfortunate.

Garbage. I'm from out of town and haven't been here before. I ordered an acai bowl with nutella. The bowl was completely frozen and topped with half a banana and a couple frozen strawberries. I had to take all the toppings off to try and defrost and stir the base. It was still really icy and not a normal consistency and there was no nutella. Ended up eating the banana pieces and threw the rest away. Waste of $12, there are better frozen acai bowls at the grocery for half the price.
