First time visit to this location. In town to visit a friend at the VA hospital. Was not real hungry. Just needed something light to get my traveling party up the road towards home. Tro Smo is always a good choice. Ordered various smoothies. Exceptionally courteous staff. Took extra time to make sure our orders were prepared correctly. Location's aesthic appearance needs some attention. Enjoyed our visit.

We frequent this Tropical Smoothie Cafe every 3 months in the Duke Cancer Center and used to every month for years for my husband’s cancer treatments and we have always enjoyed the delicious smoothies and food at this cafe. A special shout out to Jasmine who works there. She is always friendly and an asset to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe! 😊

On my daily visits, which sometimes consist of two visits a day, I have been treated like a king. The staff always know what I want and even if I forget something, they’re there to remind me what I want lol. It is a treat to come over and grab something to eat and maybe a giggle or two on a daily basis
