I had a situation but it was corrected it took some time but they made it right. The foods always good, restaraunts always very clean, and the employees are always very nice. Getting a refund on an error was a pain but it was resolved

Do NOT go to this location! I places an order online on 2/20/26. Showed up to the location and it was closed! I have called twice about getting my money refunded and I'm getting the run around about it! Saying the GM will do the refunds. DO NOT GO HERE!

I visited the Tropical Smoothie on Hillsboro Road on an extremely busy day, and I have to give major kudos to the manager. He was incredible. He managed the front, prepared orders, and kept everything moving smoothly without breaking a sweat. Even under pressure, he stayed positive, upbeat, and delivered excellent customer service. It’s rare to see that level of leadership and professionalism during a rush. Huge shoutout to the general manager of the Hillsboro Road location job very well done!

The company unfortunately changed the way that the acai bowls are made and I didn't understand this. I went back and explained that I was disappointed and the General manager there was definitely understanding and I had the best acai bowl that day. instant 5 stars for customer service and a beautiful acai bowl.

I went in to this establishment and thought I'd take advantage of the Grand Opening special. I was waited on by Darrin. I, unfortunately, misunderstood the special. Instead of being patient, and courteous, he seemed sarcastic and impatient by picking up the sign and pointing it out. I ended up ordering a 2nd Acai bowl with Nutella. When I got home, there was barely any Nutella in the bowl. The store wasn't busy at all. The Acai bowl could've been made better.

I’ve visited this location twice since they opened, and both experiences have been absolutely fantastic. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, they greet you as soon as you walk in, and every interaction I’ve had has been genuinely positive. The food and drinks are quality, and the service is consistently quick and efficient. I’m always happy to come back.
