I had a situation but it was corrected it took some time but they made it right. The foods always good, restaraunts always very clean, and the employees are always very nice. Getting a refund on an error was a pain but it was resolved
I visited the Tropical Smoothie on Hillsboro Road on an extremely busy day, and I have to give major kudos to the manager. He was incredible. He managed the front, prepared orders, and kept everything moving smoothly without breaking a sweat. Even under pressure, he stayed positive, upbeat, and delivered excellent customer service. It’s rare to see that level of leadership and professionalism during a rush. Huge shoutout to the general manager of the Hillsboro Road location...
