I will start by saying this has been a very negative experience. We had a large group of 12 people and made reservations a week in advance for Saturday evening for a birthday party. Even with reservations we waited 20+ minutes to be seated and another 20+ minutes with no contact from anyone. We got up and left to go next door to Flemings steakhouse where they had our group seated within a couple minutes and provided a great experience. That said we decided to make new reservations for uncle Julio’s for Tuesday evening to try again because we heard the food was good. This was a big mistake again. I have had better service at McDonald’s 5 minutes before closing time. The management was even worse, very bad. As the wait staff struggled the manager did nothing and walked by to sit at an empty table multiple times. The manager never offered assistance or guidance to help struggling staff. After finally getting manager to come over we noticed him being disrespectful and yelling at wait staff where other customers could hear and see. We will never return. This was a horrible experience.
This sad place has gone downhill. Service is decent at best, but the food is terrible. Honestly you're better off at Taco Bell if you want Mexican. In an area with loads of authentic Mexican and otherwise delicious Tex Mex, it's pathetic how bad they are.

So disappointed. their menu has decreased in size threefold, and what food they do have is limited to enchiladas or fajitas. our waiter was really understanding and good but you can't make up for the small portions the high prices and the limited selection. I don't anyone in my group today would be going back.
Permanently closed 😭. Don’t waste your time.

Our waitress was nice but terrible. She tried tirelessly on the up-selling and this got pretty annoying to begin with. She was the African American woman with short died blond hair. Fajitas came out Luke warm in a pool of juices and never received the extra tortillas requested. Only 3 small ones. I had to finish the rest with a fork. Tacos were cold. No refills occurred at all. She said she was going to bring but was always came back with nothing. She delivered chips in the beginning with 5 chips on top and a bowl full of crumbs. When I asked for chips, she gave us undercooked huge clusters with a few chips on the bottom. We traveled 3 hrs to go there for the food and for the dessert pinata. My daughter was excited for this. After the Luke warm meal was finished, the waitress was excited to offer to finally put in the dessert. We declined for obvious reasons. She was visually upset about that. The chance of that dessert becoming a disaster was near 100%. The manager took off a meal but never visited our table. Quite unprofessional for it being so slow that afternoon. We'll, we came, we saw, and we were pretty disappointed. Good salsa though. Wish I had more chips to enjoy! 😆

Terribly bland food, even the salsa is somehow watered down.

The food was edible, but lackluster. The service was pretty much nonexistent (didn't get a refill on tea or water or even checked on), and the floor was sticky.

The food was great. Service was polite but very delayed. Prices were higher than I'd like, but the food quality was high enough to justify it. I won't eat there all the time, but I'll definitely be back.

Sadly I have to agree with the rest of the bad reviews. This place is awful!
The food tastes like nothing, no spices or salt or any taste at all, the salsa was just tomato juice, the Waitress was nice but so incompetent.
Sorry that restaurant is a no go!

Worst experience I’ve had here. We came for lunch. Salsa tasted like straight water which is weird because normally it’s good salsa. Food came lukewarm to cold. My friends tacos were absolutely horrendous, they made Taco Bell’s tacos look like Michelin star food. Tamales were okay. My friends nachos were stale. Service was good aside from taking 10 minutes to get greeted at the table. Needles to say this establishment has gone downhill the past two years and it shows.

This place is terribly understaffed. Our waiter had a nose bleed and had to step away from serving us.(understandable). The manager didn't offer to help him or anything. It' was 4 other tables, he could have received assistance but no one came to help him. He stayed professional the entire time but he had no help do our food came out cold. Management here needs to do better with their staff and maybe this would help a better establishment. Just go to fire birds !
