After being member for years I was informed that my membership was terminated via email....my membership dues were still charged for a while to my credit card despite the enigmatic email I have received for no reason ... I was quite surprised that my membership was ceased since I have not participated in any activities after covid pandemic while supporting club paying dues for years and not attending any events since majority of my friends left the club and discussion events naturally died out ...manager informed us that that apparently my son and me on one occasion genuinely questioned about services fees in addition to tip fees(staff declined to receive) waiter...and asked the same question to the manger who came out of nowhere and got quite angry for no reason- we left club then paying bill in full and quite surprised but rude manager using rude words not to cite here...after that we got email that we were not welcomed back any more since we affected morale of the staff...asking simple bill questions? making sure we tipped right people?...please do not feel shy to asking the same questions - we should be informed who and for what we pay... there is no more good quality intellectual activates there, quality of food declined gradually an steadily... and to threaten members to ask about simple questions regearing bill line shows how fragile institution is...I feel released not to waste my time there any more...I hope they pay back membership fees to my credit card they continue charged after I was asked to live sinking ship....beautiful views of the club you can enjoy from other windows...

I had the most amazing experience at my niece’s rehearsal dinner in June. From the moment I arrived to the end of the night, everyone was sooo personable. The food was top of the line as I was served the entree I chose prior to the dinner! I enjoyed the recommended wine choice by our server! Absolutely the best! The view was soooo stunning from the 17th floor! ( I think) Charge my memory not my heart since it has been a few months since I dined there. This will always be one of my fondest memories due to the ultimate dining experience and the fact that our families celebrated the the most precious people in our lives! Thank u for everything!!!

Staff at The University Club are always so friendly. The food is excellent and the view from the 17th floor is amazing! A great place for a business lunch.

We joined about a year ago and have never been disappointed. The wait staff is so friendly. The managers and outgoing and always seem happy to see us. We have taken friends there for lunch and dinner and they are very impressed. So happy that we joined!!! You should too!!!
