I've been here twice since they opened. Got the vegetable samosas with the 2 chutneys and the butter chicken with garlic naan and everything has been SO good. Samosas hot and crisp out of the fryer. Chutneys and butter chicken on point. So glad a great Indian restaurant opened up in this little neighborhood of south Durham!

Great food. Ambiance is unique. Service was ok. Ordered onions after getting my dinner and it took like 10 minutes and came out towards the end of the meal. Not acceptable for onions, which were awesome by the way. Will revisit often and order my onions with my initial order.

Just had to drop a review after my dinner at Urban Turban! The food? Incredible. Service? Couldn't be better.I'm a huge foodie always chasing the best eats no matter the distance and this spot? Absolutely worth the trek. The flavors here are really good – so rich and perfectly spiced. If you find yourself in the Triangle area of North Carolina you've gotta check it out. Trust me your taste buds will thank you.The menu is very innovative and the owner Manish is a super great guy. Very friendly.A definite must-try for anyone in the area. Can't wait to go back! Plus the ambiance really sets the mood for an amazing meal. Every dish we tried was a hit no doubt I’ll be telling all my friends about this place.

By far the most delicious Indian spot in town. I happened to eat here the day they opened and the staff was still working out the kinks but I will definitely be back!

We have been craving for Delhi Style Chole bathure for so long. Finally our search for authentic Delhi style Chole bathure and Amritsari Kulcha with Dal Bukhara ended at Urban Turban. Must visit if you are Delhi style food lover. Had seekh kababs and they were just so awesome as well as melts in your mouth. Definitely would go again!!!

Authentic Indian food with all the options. The restaurant recently opened and this was my first time visiting. Was very happy with the Veg plater, the Rogan Josh(with lamb), Rara (with lamb) as the Bread Basket (3 types of Naan). Authentic spiciness as well! Hot means hot. We has so much food for two people with just the three dishes. The veg plater was enough for the whole meal. Really happy with the left overs. Also saw multiple Door Dash orders while there, so others have found this place too.Spoke with the owner while we were there and he was wonderful. Be aware that they are still waiting for their alcohol license(as of 2024/03), although that didn’t change the enjoyment of our meal on bit.

A great spot; the interior feels fresh, new, and clean. The menu has variety and options for keto, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly plates. I look forward to stopping by again and trying more.

This was our first time here and the food was soooo good! I enjoyed everything we ordered from the broccoli/tofu appetizer to the buttered chicken, and the gulab jamun dessert. We'll definitely be going again. I also really liked the aesthetics and ambiance of the restaurant. The staff were very nice and attentive; the Sun was in our face and they came and lowered the blinds before we could even ask. Thank you!
