Food and drinks were up to Fairview's standard of excellence and our waitress provided excellent, friendly service. The complaint we had was the length of time it took to receive our food and drinks. Apparently the bar was so far behind in its orders that our waitress had to mix our drinks herself. While I appreciated her initiative, this indicated that you were greatly understaffed for the evening. The delays were long enough to be noticeable, thus detracting from our enjoyment...
This is one of my favorite restaurants. The chef is superb. Staff are well-trained. A go-to for special occasions, a quiet meal with someone you love, or a great spot for guests who love wonderful food.
Always enjoy! I will say they are now skimping on the offerings for tea and will do tea at other local venues from here on out. It is not the special over-the-top experience it once was.
