I went there this morning. Half of the tables were empty, I picked one and I was asked to move to the other end of the room. I did. Once in my new table I was asked to move again, this time to the counter. I left. If you want to designate seating, you need to put up a sign to wait to be seated and you need to have the greater take you to your seat. I can see how space can be an issue when you’re asked tabla for one. But you shouldn’t have them jumping seats until they guess what you want. Personally, I’ve never liked seating at the bar. It would also be nice to see that you give the same treatment to white folks. There was at least one table with a single customer that “happened” to be white.

Why they be having people with the worse attitudes greeting their customer..no hello no smile....Stopped here 8a.m on my way to work just moved in the area very close to my house. The black young girl who takes the order at the desk was very rude Nasty attitude rolling her eyes etc. I reported her to another waitress which was her cousin she said, she got rude too So rude i called CORPORATE..That was not good customer service she needs to be replaced with someone who is more pleasant. She needs to be in the back washing dishes...VERY RUDE!!!....with her cousin drying them...not professional at all

I always had breakfast with my family in this place today, January 3, 2025, I had an unpleasant experience. I arrived at the place and was completely ignored. I sat in the chairs to wait for them to have a table for me and then other people arrived and were attended to immediately. I complained to the girl and alone He said why didn't you sit down and I was following the rules of the place sitting in the waiting place.

I want to shout out to everyone that was working today.. They were busy and they were still very helpful and kind and went out of their way to make sure I was good. I love that everyone had a big beautiful smile. Customer service A+ & very helpful bc I had kids in the car so she even brought it out for me. I wish I got y'alls names to make a corporate compliments. Thank you for making my day a little better with the kindness.

After waiting for what seemed like 30 minutes we finally get acknowledged only for the cashier naya,niya to tell us only online orders where we then had to wait an additional 1hr for the food to even be ready to go orders cold and get pushed behind all the walk ins the cashier multiple time la scratching her head while preparing orders and place was super filthy wish I could have walked out but had to wait to to the fact we HAD to order and pay already online

9 time out of 10 a WH server is excellent. This was the 1. Wed at 6:45ish I got food and told the server about my allergy to onions. He did NOT advise the cook, and I tasted onion that had accidentally been mixed into my hashbrowns. I am now missing work because of the symptoms I experience from my allergy. Please ensure all staff are properly trained on handling allergies.

This visit to the waffle house on hillsboro rd was fantastic, food delicious, and service excellent. It's been a while since I've visited this location, but we stopped in, and there was no waiting. Everything went and was perfect. Thank you, waffle house staff. It was a pleasure
