This was my first experience ever at a Waffle house. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in Rdu. The atmosphere was very nice, we were greeted at the door, it looked busy but we went straight to a seat (9ish am) greeted by our service within minutes and offered to take our order immediately after having a chance to look over menu. Everyone was polite and friendly to us and other guests but what I especially appreciated was the employees communicating with each other. Very respectful and organized. Kitchen was very clean for the volume of orders they seemed to manage. That made me feel good about the energy, outside of the taste of my meal. And yes the quality of my breakfast was 10/10...piping hot and prepared exactly the way I ordered. Outstanding job to all the ladies there. We will definitely return.

Now I do enjoy me some good Waffle House, but let’s be for real. I asked for cheese on my hash browns not one block of cheese. At least give me a few pieces on my entire hash brown. That should not have to be explained.

It's a Waffle House. The food is good and cheap, the service is quick, there's a lot of yellow
We come here about once or twice a month and usually we are in and out... Usually food is good, service is good. But today (Saturday Morning, not over packed) I think I spent the longest amount of time in a Waffle House I have ever. Family of 3 it took over an hour and a half from when we sat down to get our final plate of food. Not sure if the cooks changed, management or what but it was so sloooow with minimal communication on why. Meal was brought out in pieces about 5-15min apart. Waffles were brought to the table barely warm, chocolate chips were still cold. Wife finally got her food and it was wrong. Got my food last and at least 15 min after my sons. Really disappointed as this is one of our sons fave spots.
Not one to post often and I hope it's a one off but we won't be back to this one for a while based on today.
