Won’t take phone orders. I can order lobster over the phone from another restaurant but I can’t order a chicken sandwich over the phone at the Waffle House and pick it up there. I guess I now remember why I haven’t been in 10+ years.

We got there around 1pm on a Saturday afternoon and while there were only 2 tables taken by customers, the rest had dirty dishes on them. We waited and tried to talk to an employee about where to sit for a couple minutes before just cleaning our own table and sitting. 6 more minutes pass and no one waited on us, despite our attempts to grab someone's attention behind the counter. We left shortly after with no drinks, no food, and no service.

As an experienced patron of many Waffle House, I’m used to lackluster service. Not so here! Ken did great.
Hands down, our favorite Waffle House location in all of Raleigh and Durham. Eggs, sausage, and bacon were cooked perfectly. Service was friendly & efficient. Only negative is that they didn't have decaf coffee the last two times we had breakfast there. We'll still be back, though.

Horrible food, horrible service, disgusting conditions. Waited 10 minutes for someone to even come to table. Took half our order and walked away. Came back to rest of order. Messed up everything we ordered. Tried to pass off English muffins as biscuits. Got food before we even got drinks. Coffee was cold, food was horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. It's disgusting, horrible food and not so happy people working there.
