absolutely horrible. racist and you can tell by the way they speak to you. when we asked for ranch he shut the window on us and proceeded to give us the WRONG dressing. was absolutely disrespectful

Avoid. There is a really mean spirited person that works here with complete attitude as if she hates her job. African American lady. And yes I’m black. Her behavior is unacceptable

On the way to work 12-hour shift went to drive thru to order Dave's double meal with no mayonnaise, repeated twice by order taker. Received sandwich with enough mayonnaise to drown an elephant. Dripping, bun sliding over sandwich, inedible. Spent time going back to return for refund before going to work. This has happened before at this store. Would not recommend it at all. Won't be going back.

The store has been closed for dine in for weeks. So this morning I called ahead to see if they were open. A lady in a bad mood told me they were. I went to the store only to find it still closed. They should at least put a sign up and modify their website.
A shame all the worked done to make the inside look nice and cool. I just read the first 15-20 reviews of this branch. Some date back 8 months. Is there even anyone reading this complaints? Looks like you don't really care.

I’ve never been treated more disrespectfully at a fast food place. While giving my order for a biggie bag I was rudely interrupted and yelled at by the worker at the box. She did this because ordering a biggie bag was too difficult for her to understand and she did not know how to complete two orders with separate payments.

At the window, she did not acknowledge us and aggressively handed us our food and was delayed on giving us our card back. We got an almost empty container of fries, nuggets thrown in the bag, no burger, no receipt, no straw, and no help. I go to Wendy’s to enjoy a nice jr bacon cheeseburger, not to get verbally attacked by upset workers and then receive no food in my bag. I hope this issue is handled properly and highly recommend costumer to check out the McDonald’s or Bojangles across the street. I will not be returning to this location

This was an AWFUL experience. I’ve never written a review before but this was so bad it definitely deserved one. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru and ordered two separate orders because we wanted to pay for our food separately. Before we could finish ordering the worker cut us off and said “you really made me put in two orders for the exact same thing, that wasted my time”. This was extremely disrespectful and no way to treat a customer. When we arrived to the window and paid and began to drive off she told us “we were driving off without the car”. This, again, is extremely rude and in no way was warranted by anything we said or did. To top it off she left half our food out of our bag. This employee should not be able to treat customers this way. I hope this will be handled appropriately and promptly.

Kind of wild; at noon we ordered 2 meals in the drive-thru and my wife pointed out that we were missing a large chili and chicken nuggets. We asked for the missing items while we were still at the window, and they brought us another bag. As my wife began to check the new bag, the female cashier informed us curtly that we can't be looking in the bag while we have customers behind us. I pulled into a parking spot only to discover that the bag didn't contain the nuggets. When I tried to enter the building to get them, all of their doors were locked.

So... No one was rude, that's a plus nowadays. BUT $20 for cold food!!! They were out of tomatoes that I requested to add on My burger. I ended up getting Mango Lemonade AFTER I PAID for Caramel Cold Brew, because I was told "we don't have the stuff to make cold brew" so...why didn't You mind charging Me for it??? Apparently the Order Screens aren't working because the Guy on the line in the back had to come get My receipt to get My order. New Management or Ownership is needed, this place has been going down hill for years. It's no surprise that there are only 2 cars (including mine) in the parking lot and 1 in the drive thru at 1pm on Monday...SMDH

My work partner and I work for an ambulance service. Our ambulance does not fit through most drive thrus. For this reason, we normally ask to order at the drive thru as walk ups. Most places accommodate us without issue. However, the assistant manager at this location was incredibly rude and made snide comments about how we should know better. Working night shift it is hard enough to find places that are open at later hours. Both of us are disappointed in the management at this location. The guy at the window was super polite and apologetic.
