Terrible service, it takes more than half an hour to serve a person

I have always loved coming to wendy’s but today the girl at the window had an attitude and acted like she did not want to be working today . Our order was wrong and when told that we were missing stuff she began to get an attitude like she was trying to get us out of the drive thru line . All of our food was not handed to us together as well and she we had requested that were mentioned when ordering . But it was the way we kept asking her to correct our order and how she handled everything it was rude .

Wait more than 20 minutes but no one taking care of DoorDash order. I would like tosuggest it DoorDash company between business. Have to discuss about why making late thanks.

I ordered food through Uber Eats. because they were busy, two drivers canceled on me but one of the canceled drivers stayed in line and stole my food. then when my actual driver showed up, they wouldn't give her my order.

This is the third time in a row we have gotten no sauce with my nuggets. Last time we got no bacon on the baconator or the jr bacon. But no sauce ever with a 10 piece?
I mean c'mon. I shouldn't have to drive back to get sauces with my meal or the bacon that's supposed to be on the sandwiches.

We were told one price of our meal, when we got home we looked at our checking account and our card was charged 15 dollars more than what was told to us. Plus they didn’t even give us the receipt, just charged the card and was given the food.

I just went to your restaurant for the last time, the team that is serving in the evening was quite rude and uneducated, I was standing in front of the counter for almost 10 minutes and when I asked a young woman if she could take my order since I had been waiting for quite a while, she simply answered me that they were busy and that they could not take my order (the place was totally empty) in a bad way and being rude she told me that I could not rush them to take my order because in the same way I would have to wait for them to want to prepare it 11/26/24 7:15PM

I ordered through the app & waited a little while so it would be done by the time I arrived, I arrived & my order was still being put together which was fine, so I waited for about 10 minutes inside & the lady taped up my order & handed it to me. I proceeded to walk outside & check my order & ate some of the fries & they were old & very stale & I was missing a whole burger not to mention that the chicken sandwich that I had ordered was very stale as well & tasted like it had been sitting there for a very long time. I walk back inside a little irate but still very respectful & told the lady that packed the order that a burger was missing & the fries were very stale & cold, she proceeded to get me new fries & another burger & the male making the burger if I had the one with no bacon, which I replied yes, that’s mine with no bacon, he made a new burger throws it on the counter, & walks away. I put the burger in my bag & continued to wait on my fries, the fries come out the lady hands me them & I say thank you & walk out. After all that time I’m ready to eat, I take out my burger & it has bacon on it after I asked & was confirmed to have ordered the one without bacon! I’ve never been to a Wendy’s that had bad service & nasty food! I would not recommend you eat here at all!
