At 3:30 p.m. the inside was locked so I went through the drive-thru waited 5 minutes and eventually someone came to the speaker ordered then they told me to go around the building again and come back to the window, manager was extremely rude absolutely nobody in line and took over 30 minutes to get my food. Roaches crawling in the Drive-Thru window in person taking the order was picking her nose right in front of me. Asked for ice in my drink and the manager said they don't have ice. Then got home and order was completely wrong.

Soooo I’m getting work on my car at Firestone across the street. I ordered on the Wendy’s app for Dine In and when I get to the door it’s locked and the staff looking crazy. You should not have the restaurant open on the app for dine in if it’s not actually open. Also clearly the drive through is open because cars have been going through it.
