The visit date was Monday, March 25th at 11:50pm. This visit date was highly disappointing. The ordering process was fairly quick. I pull up to the pickup window and pay, and they ask me to pull up. Note: not abnormal for a Monday with the lack of business and me ordering an item that I knew they probably didn't have prepared. I am pulled up for about 23 minutes before I decide to back up to the window. I waited at the window for another few minutes before someone came to the window and then remembered that I was a patron that had yet to be served. It was not the best experience in terms of time, taking nearly 30 minutes for one sandwich. However, the quality of the food was fine, so there were no complaints there. Overall, service was pretty poor because of the time it took.

This Wendy's has the best burgers and the best chicken sandwiches when it comes to Wendy's food.The soda is usually watered down, lacks carbonation, and has the taste of another drink.The staff are usually what you expect in fast food. You'll normally be standing there for a while so make sure you order online or with the app.I've left on multiple occasions due to the staff just not acknowledging that you're there.But I come back because they have one of the better burgers out of all the Wendy's in the roxboro in Brier Creek areas. Most likely due to the fact that their equipment probably isn't cleaned well and has years of seasoning on it.

Rude workers at Drive Thru. I was waiting on my change and one of the workers she had long locs keep mumbling under her breath because I was waiting on my change and she wanted me to rush without getting my change and there wasn’t even a line. It’s not the costumer fault you working here?.

Drive thru slow. Soda machine was out. Was not informed that it was out. Found out when we had to pull over and wait for our food. If my brother wouldn't have asked about our drinks, we would have drove off with no drinks and no refund.

Aliya at the duke st. Location called and let me know I forgot my debit card…. She was busy as all get out when she took my order and was busy as all get out when I returned to pick up my card!, I work in service myself and to be completely honest this girl has all my respect over anybody!!!!!. She need her own Wendy’s, I’m pretty sure she could teach the other locations a thin or 2 on customer service. She’s definitely Lexus certified!!!!!!

I sat in the drive through line 10+ :minutes behind 3 cars. Finally pulled around, parked and went into the “lobby” which, I was advised by extremely rude staff, was closed - after she inquired if I wanted to order! This location is Always slow, seeming to take only 3-4 car orders at a timebut staff is usually pleasant. I will not be back.

I ordered my food at the drive through window and I wanted to use my mobile app for a coupon code but unfortunately the scanner at the window is not working, so I had to wait standing inside the restaurant for a bit over 20 minus to pay inside to be able to use my mobile coupon code with the scanner that works. This restaurant needs structure and more people helping each other not just standing around. I really hope this restaurant finds people who are willing to help each other for inside orders in the near future.
