Went there last night I got 3 5 4 5 came to 20 I said why so much just up charging people drinks with out asking I said no thank you can u give me regular procedeed to hand drinks back cashier said I can't take them back tru window but then here goes dude manager saying take it back cool 1 of my orders were with b potato I got fries take it back again no fork no dipping sauce and rude to be a manager learn how to pack an order act as if u were getting food how would u want to be treated and ur food to be treated customer service trash

The young women (Hispanic) at the drive through window has a very nasty attitude. I come there on my lunch breaks and she’s the only person who I’ve ever had an issue with. She rolls her eyes for no reason and is rude if you ask for condiments. She for sure needs customer service training. I know life is a piece of cake but damn have some type of decorum and manners.

Went through drive-through. Told to park and wait for food—10 minutes went by no food and went in. Seems delivery driver took our food before the manager could bring it out to us. Manager corrected the situation with no issues. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

The food was actually great tonight. The order was hot and they did all the substitute part of the orders correctly.
I have tried this Wendy's location multiple times and I've been let down almost every time I've given it another shot. there could be one other car in the drive thru and it's still going to take at the very least 15-20 minutes to make it through. And another thing that really annoys me is they don't take things off the app or mark them as unavailable when they don't have them so they just wait until you pull all the way up to the window to get your food after having already paid online just to tell me that their chocolate frosties don't work (they haven't for months now) even when Wendy's big new thing is their different flavored frostys. I will never be going back and hopefully they shut it down and open up a place that can actually run a fast food restaurant like chick fil a.

The person at the counter just stared at us instead of greeting us, He then wandered off multiple times while taking our order. Once our order was complete, he set it next to the register and walked away again.
