In 2025 yeah right. All other windows have zero issues with this. Complete waste of 25 minutes dealing with undertrained staff!!!

Absolutely nasty completely disrespectful cashier. As I walk in, there’s someone at the register ordering is that person completes their order they walk away but the cashier also walks away after making eye contact with me. She simply stands 3 feet away from her register with her back towards me. I said hi how are you And she ignored me I said hello. I’d like to place an order and she said as she turned around and scouted, you’re going to have to wait I replied with. I’m sorry I didn’t hear you clearly she turned back around to me again and said you are going to have to wait. I will never return here. You need to fire everyone and start over.

Very friendly staff but definitely needs to hire more people. I went there way past lunch time and the place was a chaos. The lady in charge was trying to do her best but there was a clear understaffing situation. No blame on staff but whoever runs this place needs to do a better job.

During COVID this location went to drive thru only, which was fine. This many years later, they are still doing it several times a week. I've given up on being able to eat inside, as the doors are locked frequently during daytime hours. Because of this, if your order is wrong you have to wait in the drive thru all over again to correct their mistake. You have been WARNED! This place will do nothing but piss you off...

My sandwich had bad lettuce and I asked for pickle and they didn't put it on there. I was already home so I didn't go back. Moral of the story, check your food!! Fries were fresh though!!

We were standing in queue. For one order it took more than 10 min can you imagine the service and they have noone to open the another line and take order. Very frustating!
Went to this location during my lunch break, the fries and nuggets were very cold to the point I couldn’t eat them. The JBC I ordered was decent. I would suggest actually using the hold timers so food can be rotated in a timely manner to maintain freshness.

Baconator combo only gave me 3 small bacon strips on their cold baconator. Cold, stale fries. Also ordered a 10pc saucy nuggs, got 9pcs... Everything cold... at least they got my soda right. This place keeps going downhill. A $20 lesson learnt. Oh and they never give you a receipt.
