Delicious salad served with a smile. The employees and some friends made it a light-hearted stop on our way back to the hotel. Everyone we've dealt with in the Raleigh area has been so nice and helpful.

I was greeted right away and she was very friendly. I ordered a baked potato, drinks and a kids meal. The french fries were over cooked. But the worst was the potato. It was the smallest potato and dried up. Unfortunately I was already on the road and couldn't go in to complain. The photo is a child's finger to show how small the potato was.

The guy at the drive through was nice but I had to pull up and wait for a sandwich that was not made correctly and it just tasted nasty/old and wasn’t hot. So not sure why I had to even pull up

This Wendy’s has really improved lately. The food was good and the light skin African American male at the window today around 7pm was really kind. The restaurant also looked very clean. Much cleaner than before. Came multiple times months/years ago and I had to change to another location but this location has since improved.

Poor attitudes found the employees arguing amongst themselves about being on time and who's turn it is to do what. Also my spicy nuggets were about 4 hours of cold

So, this Wendy's has been a bit mixed for me for a while. Sometimes the fries are hot and crispy, sometimes they're limp and tasteless. The main gripe I have right now is that for *some* reason, they've decided that you don't get a sauce with your combo anymore. They want 50 cents extra for it, yet another business trying to nickle and dime you for every single interaction. They've raised the prices of their combos continuously over the last couple years as well, so don't even get me started on that.
Seriously. Have the decency to give us a sauce as part of our combo

I ordered my food half an hour ago through the app, but when I arrived, they couldn’t find my order in the system even though I had already paid.
However, the staff were very kind and nice, and they helped me solve the issue.
They do a great job at this location everytime. Fast, friendly service.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I travel for blue collar work.I went inside to get something to eat. so i go to wash up before i order cause hands are dirty, dirty job dirty hands right… The bathroom door is locked, i ask manager if its out of order he says “No. Its for payong customer only.” To which i respond “ok but i dont wanna eat with dirty hand man” “Well tiu order and we’ll unlock it” 🤨 Nah guy i’m not leaving my food on a counter unsupervised not am i taking it into a restroom, thats disgusting” No way. I walked out. If i’m not good enough to ise your bathroom YOU’RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR MY MONEY. Bad attitude, bad vibes, bad choice. Go somewhere else!

We ordered honey chicken biscuits at breakfast. Decided to save it for later, so stored in closed container. Tasted ok later, but both of us spent the next few hours in the bathroom extremely sick. Ordered it a second time. Again, saved for later. I ate just the biscuit & was fine. My man ate the chicken, & once again, was extremely sick for next few hours. It was diagnosed as food poisoning due to unsafe temperatures during cooking. Obviously, will never eat honey chicken biscuit again, and now quite concerned about safety of other foods as well.
