Tonight around 7pm I Ordered a 7 $ mix and match deal with nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich through the drive thru. When I get my order, I looked at my chicken sandwich and it was a crispy chicken instead of the spicy chicken... So I said no big deal , I drive back to get them to correct the order and they did. Upon me leaving a second time, I bit into my sandwich and it was half way cooked with the meat being raw. I brought this up to both cashiers working the window. The one with dreads didn't really help or care about my order being wrong. Then to make things even worse, they act like they didn't want to give me free fries to compensate for a potential lawsuit. You can kill people serving them raw chicken. I'm sick now. Differently will be talking to someone in corporate soon

Never got my baked potato. And didn't want it after seeing one of the cooks wipe his nose on his arm, hand, and then literally stick his hand down his pants to scratch his side. 🤢

Wendy's is the only company that spends gazillions of dollars making higher end fast for, and ruins it by hiring the absolute bottom of the barrel of rune and incompetent employees.

There are no places that are worse., period. Extreme long waits at every location, rude and ignorant employees. Pick.a.locarion, you get the same experience.

This location is terrible. I came twice within 24hrs as its the holidays and I'm from out of state. Both times orders were made incorrectly, even after I politely asked to clarify modifications.

Ew, just ew. Giving order through drive thru was a little chaotic, or it seemed to be chaotic inside based on the conversation I could hear the person taking my order was having. Got my order, they forgot one of my drinks, then had to drive back for a fork. Ordered a salad... big mistake. The chicken tasted rubbery, so I figured I could pick out the chicken and just eat the lettuce. No, tried the lettuce at the bottom of the bowl l, and it was warm... not the lettuce touching the chicken, bc I figured that would be warm. I just kept driving at that point.

Food was fine other than they messed up my drink choice. Went through the drive thru and they rushed and talked over me while I was trying to say my order and since they were rushing to get my order taken of course they messed up my drink. Terrible customer service. Just got to the Taco Bell next to it.

It was Wendy's... it was good. But I'll never get over that a simple burger combo is $10+ !! That's just crazy and why I don't go to fast food much anymore!

This Wendy's location is definitely the one to avoid, not only did they get my order wrong, the woman on the intercom didn't check if she had down the right order and said "nevermind" like it didn't matter to her, also had items missing. I'll be driving to a different location unless changes are made here.

Update: Since originally writing this review, their service has improved tremendously. I don't know if bad reviews had any effect on the store, but it's not like it was 2 years ago and I'm glad. Very rarely will my order be incorrect now and the people who work there now seem to actually care.
