Went to this Wendy on Wednesday order the bacon cheese burger biggie bag which on board it say $7.00 and I was charged $7.70 after I realize this went back to ask why I was overcharged mgr said they were told to charge upgrade automatic,call the next day spoke to mgr she confirmed that the higher up told them to do upgrade on meal and if anyone complained to give them $2.00 coupon This is bad business

The absolute worst Wendy's in Durham! Ride marry customer service.... when you can be serviced.... most times tuner scream... system down....or stay off with the most of things they don't have. It's terrible...out of the list 4 times I've attempted to go.... have only been able to order once. Then the staff looks homless and are always outside smoking..... probably why the eduard doesn't run efficiently! I hate this location!

I ordered online pickup. App put this address for pickup as I wanted. App sent order to different address. Neither location could cancel my order for me. So I ordered in person. And they still didn't get my order right. I ordered a $7 bacon double stack biggie bag with no onions. I got onions with no bacon single stack. But i was charged. I need all my money back and reduce minimum wage. Fast food need to earn their pay. Yall can't get orders right but want money and jobs. And the app is scamming im guessing.
