The absolute worst Wendy's in Durham! Ride marry customer service.... when you can be serviced.... most times tuner scream... system down....or stay off with the most of things they don't have. It's terrible...out of the list 4 times I've attempted to go.... have only been able to order once. Then the staff looks homless and are always outside smoking..... probably why the eduard doesn't run efficiently! I hate this location!

Food is usually good. This evening the service was weird. The guy stood and stared at me like he had drunk some sour milk and it was my fault. Makes me wonder if others are treated the same or if I had ticked him off ordering food.

I ordered Wendy's apple salad. It was very refreshing and, for the first time, ever had plenty of chicken. For the first time, their salad was very filling. Trust me, I've had several of their salads from several different Wendy's!

Got home with old fries and a completely liquid frosty that looked ok when I left but had a bunch of air bubbles and was liquified. I live 3 minutes from this location so there’s no way it had time to melt. Other times the frosty has been fine but I regularly get old fries from here instead of fresh. Isn’t that supposed to be a guarantee?

The people are nice but the quality control keeps getting worse in the drive thru.

Excellent! The staff is always super friendly and I have consistently gotten nothing but good hot food. This is much more than you can say about the other late night options. Go to this Wendy's!

I went through the drive-through last night and they totally messed up every single thing I ordered my junior bacon cheeseburger had no Bacon I said no tomato and they put tomato. I asked for one of those cinnamon dish bowls. They said they were out but they ended up putting one of those in my bag for free. This is absolutely horrible. I need to fix this. I want my money back The food was cold with extremely bad attitude

The bathrooms were clean as well as the lobby. The people were super friendly and quick with my order. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Was not allowed to order inside unless it was on your app... CLOSE THE DINING ROOM THEN! No frostys... it's giving MCDONALD'S

I was in drive thru and the worker said “one moment” so I waited until about ten minutes. Asked was anyone there a few times and no response. At least say you are busy or give a better time frame. Sat in the drive through thinking nobody was working so I pulled up to window and the worker was magically just sitting at the window. Worker told me to pull around to order again. Wasted 30 mins
