I'm so aggravated! The manager, was standing by the cashier looking annoyed. I was going to ask the cashier about my food and the manager assumed it was about the condiments I had asked about earlier. She was short with her answer even though I was not speaking to her and it wasn't about the condiments.My burger was made incorrectly twice. When I got home I see that I didn't receive my 8 piece chicken nuggets. I have called the store three times and no one is answering and of course they didn't give me a receipt. I gave it two star overall because the cashier was nice

First off, the food was delicious. The fries were AMAZING and the nuggets were cooked to perfection. But the reason I HAD to write this review is the bathrooms. They were IMMACULATE. Well done, Wendy's crew. These are the cleanest Wendy's bathrooms I have ever seen. My entire party of four was marveling over how clean these restrooms were.

The food was fine. However, the costumer service was absolutely abysmal. We ordered through the drive thru a little after 1pm on Sun 11/12. The young lady at the drive thru had the worst attitude when she rudely stated that she could not make any alterations on orders since she was alone at the window before walking off. We hadn’t even asked anything of her at that point. Mind you, we were still missing some of our food items. We have all worked at fast food restaurants before (Wendy’s included) and we understand what it like to work in a fast paced, routinely short staffed work environment. However, there is no excuse for unnecessary rudeness. Stay away from this Wendy’s and the terrible attitudes of their employees! If I could have rated this place a zero I absolutely would have.
