Tried to go there for dinner. It was not busy, plenty of tables. I was seated, then nothing for 15 minutes. Not even an acknowledgment. Poor service is not excusable

The food is consistently good, although it varies on the day you buy food. The service is good but the young waiter gets visibly upset when you don’t leave a tip for take out. Other waiters don’t care as much. I would tip if I ate in but I don’t see the need to tip for a take out. Maybe that’s only me. Overall great food, a little pricey but I guess that’s city prices?

We chose an eggplant dish and the sesame chicken. Each dish was nearly 20 bucks so I expected it to be good. The eggplant was extremely greasy and my request for the dish to be spicy with tofu was not granted. The best part of the meal was the dessert which was a mango tapioca dish. Not going back.

The Hainanese chicken rice served here was an abomination. As a singaporean, I expected flavourful rice and boneless chicken. I got bony bloody chicken, dry and hard plain white rice made from 1min instant microwave rice, and god damn cabbage. Honestly the worst food, I won’t even serve to my dog. Just thinking about this makes me sad.

The shrimp black pepper shrimp with white rice to takeout is so yummy they give you a nice bucket with a the whole shrimp like head and all ? it was so good well seasoned truly has become my favorite and I got put on by own my coworkers y’all should try it , the atmosphere when is not busy is kinda awkward in the inside but outside sits are always an option although now is cold.

Meat is tough, little veggies, too expensive. Food is very mid. Waiter did not allow our child to bring in food from next door even though the rest of us were eating there. He told us they were there to make money and we should leave. Honestly, just go to szechuan mansion hot pot instead.
