The food is good, but their online ordering says out of stock or not available on almost every item most days. They also don’t open when their website says they do, they seem to open whenever they feel like it. I have called numerous times to ask when they open and if I can get anyone to answer the phone they’ve given me 5 different times and will say things like, “we’ll probably open around 12:30”. If they get their online ordering and hours consistent, it would be great!

The food is pretty decent but they clearly operate on CP time. I came in about 10 minutes after they were supposed to be opened and the door was locked. The girl inside looked at me crazy and took her sweet time getting to the door. Her attitude was very unwelcoming and distasteful. That made me not want to come back at all.

As a West Indian living in the South I usually don't even bother with Caribbean food so when I was taken to Where's The Jerk, I didn't have much of an expectation...but boy was I surprised. All I'm going to say is the thyme stem was in the food. I cannot wait to go back.

The first time we went, we ordered oxtails, and lamb chops and wings were excellent. Also, the sour apple juice was very good, but it has to be really cold, and the dessert red velvet and strawberry cakes are awesome.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THE FOOD TASTED SPOILED AND NASTY !! Chicken tasted old rice was too salty and Mac and cheese is not good !!!

So, we regularly visit this location. I’m not sure if the cooks are different but the cabbage is sweet now, it used to be spicy. It needs to be changed back immediately.

While visiting family, we had a sudden urge to try some Jamaican food. I decided to go here and the food was OH MY GOD.. JUST AMAZING AND SEASONED WELL WITH JUST ENOUGH PORTION. They are not stingy with their food. I don't know who is cooking back there, but that person did some magic to the food.
Mac'n cheese was just sooo perfect it tasted smokey and had a hint of peppers in it. The Jerk chicken was well-seasoned and well cooked just so juicy and tender fresh..
We did not wait inside and placed the order online and just drove around because it did say that it would be about 30-35 mins wait because it indeed was busy in there.
Oh, and don't forget their plantains just yummy!!!

This store has the worst atmosphere i have ever seen. Its so loud and all customers are shouting each other. And this store prepares the online orders so late. Everytime they make delivery drivers wait so long. I am rejecting all delivery orders from this place. It belongs to durham hoods not triangle
