It took way too long to get our sandwiches and, when we received them, they completely messed up the order as if they didn't read the bags before making the food. One sandwich was suppose to be chicken and they gave us tuna?? and the other sandwich was missing half of the toppings. I do not recommend this location to anyone. The two guys working clearly don't care about their jobs.

I like the sandwiches - toasted so they are crispy and warm. I had the Grinder on white roll today. The meats were tasty, a good amount of spinach and crunchy red onion slices. I don't believe in over-stuffing a sandwich and this was just right - not skimpy, not bloated. HOWEVER, the interior is getting so SHABBY it is on the verge of being disreputable. I wiped down my seat and table, which were clean, but sure did NOT LOOK clean. Those chairs have not been scrubbed since the site opened 6-7 years ago!

This place is filthy!! There were no customers in the building and two guys behind the counter, and every table was full of crumbs and a dirty mess. The floor was worse, it looked like it was last mopped in 2021. So obviously the experience is already not great, then I got my sub and it was extremely average. The wheat roll was slightly stale, and the roast beef was a wee bit gross! There are a million sub shops that have better food and are way cleaner (not difficult to beat them in cleanliness).

Food was great and the ingredients tasted fresh, but the guy who made my sandwich literally smothered my sandwich in mayo. I'm talking outside the wrapper, lined on the inside, and on the bread itself. Plus he didn't even call my name when giving me the order ?

Will probably never go to another one. The food was not even average and was over-priced for the quality of food. Our sandwich maker knew it was the first time we'd been there, and so, of course, we were unfamiliar with how to order. She didn't take any time to make sure we knew how, so unfortunately, we missed out on getting any condiments on our sandwiches. Over all bad experience and very expensive.
