Worst Which Wich I've ever been to. I got the Bahn Mi sandwich and when I got it, it had maybe 3 jalapeños and 5 pieces of cilantro. That's my favorite part, so I asked for some on the side to put on my sandwich. Once I'm putting it on, I realize I didn't get any cilantro the first time because their cilantro was most definitely old and bad. It didn't even smell like cilantro anymore. I ordered a large and they accidentally made me a small, and they made me another small!! So I basically got a super!!! FREE FOOD!! Depending on what you desire in a sandwich this place can be great. If you like really good bread, this place maybe isn't for you... Go to Jimmy John's. If you like lots of topping options, this is your place!! First time visiting a which which in my entire life. Will not be back. Was picking up an order for someone else, as an inexperienced customer being berated to fill out a bag and basically do everything myself aside from preparing the food it was very frustrating and confusing. Why are stores using this model all of a sudden? Where the customer does all the work. I’ll stick to subway where people are actually paid to do their own jobs.
