Love the vegan cinnamon rolls. They are more of a light and airy roll so doesnt feel like a fat bomb, which I enjoy.
I just missed the vegan cinnamon rolls - once they’re gone for the day, they’re gone. But most of the other pastries are massive. Parking can be difficult on a weekend but there are more spots than I expected. Worth the visit!
- Solid 4
- Baked good are great. Not excellent.
- Items feel a litttttle bit more expensive than they should be.
- Pleasant service.
- Something personally just feels off about the place. Idk, maybe they do some ‘chakra blessings’ on the food. Definitely don’t do that. 🧐☝️😆

The coffee was good, but not amazing, and the prices are reasonable. I didn't try the food, but it looked yummy. I really like the laid back atmosphere. I like it much more than any of the chain coffee shops. I would come here often if I lived closer.

This was my first time at Whisk & Rye, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of savory pastries. Since moving to NC from Europe, it’s been hard to find a bakery with that offers savory pastries. I was shopping for the research group I work with at Duke, and with different dietary restrictions, I was able to find something for everyone. The vegans and dairy-free members of the group said the vegan croissants tasted amazing! The croissants are the best I’ve had, hands down. The pastries are huge, affordable, and offer great value for the money. I’ll definitely be returning!

First time coming in today. Guy working behind the counter was very friendly! Absolutely love, the cold brew and the ham and cheese croissant. The croissant was flaky ,buttery, and did not disappoint. One of the best cold brews I’ve had also. Definitely will be back.

This place is perfect no notes. Macadamia nut latte w a hint of vanilla and perfectly flakey and layered plain croissant did not miss.
The lime vanilla latte sounded so different I just had to try it. Wow! The flavors were subtle but enough to really enjoy the unique combination. I was impressed. Will definitely visit again to see what other unique lattes are being served! Well done!

They always have ~3 vegan options and it’s been great every time. Croissants and cinnamon rolls and scones and a gluten free item usually
Really lovely place. I was kinda bummed they didn't have drip coffee today, but I got a latte that was very good. I got an Everything Cream Cheese Croissant. It's probably the biggest one I've ever seen. It was great. It's quiet and chill even though they play latinx-punk music, which is a vibe. I like that they display local artists' work for sale. Overall, please stop by.

I stumble across this shop mid-Saturday. I was greeted by the most pleasant clerk that I’ve seen in awhile. He maintained a smile and patience while I made up my mind. I think coming earlier will present more options. I chose a cinnamon bun that was tough and dry on the outer ring. But the inside was softer. It was really big and a good value. I ate half there and ate the rest later. It was then that I discovered that it taste better warmed up. There is limited seating inside;however there is cozy, quiet seating outside—perfect for relaxing or reading a book.
Parking: It is limited and somewhat tight. There are several other businesses there and I’m not certain where you’d go once they fill up.

Best vegan pastries in the triangle. Coffee is great too, but I’m a loyal fan of the cinnamon knots and vegan croissants

Whisk and Rye is a charming local café with the best mocha latte in town. Their everything bagel is also a must-try. The cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for coffee lovers and kids.
