Whisky River - Terminal 2-Gate 14 - RDU airport

I ordered the 1 lb of wings for $19.99, and the fries for $6.59. The bill came to $30.00 with tip and tax. When I got my food, boy was I extremely disappointed. I had 8 little wing dings sitting on wilted lettuce. They were super small, absolutely ridiculous that would sell 8 little wings as a pound. The menu stated one pound of wings for $20.00. And the fries were cold and limp, COLD. it really looked like they took all the fries that can back from other orders and dumped them into a takeout container. Had I went back to complain I would have missed my flight. How can you sell food like this, there were NO STANDARDS, NO CARING, just fraudulently take people money. This is totally unacceptable. I would like a response. Thank you.

QR codes don't work, their app is horrible. Taking my money elsewhere. Your technology is costing you customers.

Got the impossible burger with a side of salad. Their cheese is really good. Seems like good cheese. Burger was tasty. Prices are high because airport. Overall, really good!

Will is definitely the hostess with the mostess. I don’t know what’s his title because he simply does a little of everything. And with a smile. Managed to help me order and get my food before boarding time. Full house with a solid team ??

This place was just terrible - terrible enough that I felt frustrated to pay for it. First, in an airport you can’t take 30+ minutes to bring out food. If you can’t take more orders bc the kitchen is busy, no problem, just say that. Order wasn’t complicated - chicken quesadilla with no pico, and bbq wings. Wings were drowning in bbq sauce. Like nearly a cup of sauce per wing. And the quesadilla was awful (like how hard is that to make). Was supposed to be chicken but was chicken and some other meat mixed in. Just was very unpleasant.

Wow. Pleasantly surprised... its in the wrong place on google maps so maybe someone should fix that.

Service was wonderful, folks were kind, food was tasty, there was live music, plus they have outlets!

Also, one of the servers sang, I didn't catch his name but wow, what a great voice....if someone wants a blues act... there's talent at RDU terminal 2.

Horrible customer service at breakfast time. We ordered a breakfast wrap and 2 coffees. First they forgot our coffees and I’ll give them credit they apologized for having an issue with the ordering system. Then they gave us 2 half full coffees, which took about 5 minutes. When I asked them to top it off they told me they had to make more. If that’s the case, don’t try to initially deceive me and not provide what I paid for. Customer service has completely disappeared in the modern restaurant industry. Servers can’t be bothered on their phones in the kitchen apparently.

Had to be the worst old fashioned i have ever had. I dont understand how you can get that wrong when the name of your place is Whiskey River.

They were extremely slow.

Food , prices and customer service leave much to be desired. A single cocktail is $20. In a smaller than normal cocktail glass. The food is all frozen n reheated . The burger patty was still frozen in the center when I recd my food. As foe the service.... the less said the better . Don't waste your tone ir money. Popeyes directly opposite has better food

Best spot in Terminal C/D. Good food even though menu is small. Nachos were sooo good.

False advertisement at its finest.
Y'all need to fix your business hours if you're going to choose when you're open or closed.
Me and my husband walked into eat at 9:58p and was told that "we're closed"
I asked "why does your business hours say "open UNTIL last departure"?
Your employees response to us was "I guess your plane is about to depart" even though our flight leaves at 10:44p.
Poor customer service and poor excuse not to serve

Excellent music by the hand of a blues legend. Harvey Arnold Dalton, what a nice souvenir. The atmosphere is amazing and the service another thing. Nothing compares to a terminal restaurant

The food was wonderful. Cooked well and tasted fantastic. Can't beat it for an airport restaurant!
