Worst customer service experience I have ever had! Ordered my single pizza at 7:42 PM and it don’t arrive until 9:15pm. When it arrived at my door it was ICE COLD! I informed the delivery woman and she told me I should call the store and ask to speak with the manager ( she was very nice about it), I told her I would do just that! I called the store and asked to speak with the manger and a very snippy man on the other end of the phone informed me, that he was the manager. I begin to tell him why I was calling and he kept interrupting me; I asked him multiple times to let me finished but he kept interrupting me. To make a long story short I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me! I asked again for his name and he replied “I’m not giving you my f*****g name, I refunded you purchase now stop f*****g harassing me”. He then slammed the phone down. I have never been so disrespected when spending my hard earned money in my life! If these are the people that you hire Pizza Hut to represent your brand and MANAGE locations...you are going to lose a lot of money! You just lost a 27yr customer!

Well. My mother almost got us banned from the Pizza Hut on Miami Blvd. in fact, he asked us not to come back twice. 🤭

I will preface this by saying my mother is a diabetic. So keep that in mind. We got to the Pizza Hut and you could tell that the waitress was new. Of course, this wasn’t a problem. We always order the same special every time we go in so we know what comes with it. Included is wings, two pizzas, breadsticks and a cookie brownie thing. So we place our order with an added pizza for my husband. We ALWAYS substitute the bone out wings for bone in, even offering to pay the difference. Usually it is no problem. The waitress says she has to ask the manager and comes back to let us know they won’t substitute. So we say, forget the boneless wings that come with the special. Add an order of bone in wings to our check and we will pay for them. So she says okay. Twenty minutes later, still our table has no drinks. Then out comes the breadsticks. Except they’re cheese sticks. Which we didn’t order. (And also cost 1.50 more so you know DANG well we didn’t order them lol) so we ask to get our breadsticks. Then there’s an ant on the table. Which my mother makes a huge deal out of with us(and it was hilarious) but we kept the hilarity to ourselves. 20 minutes later...Out come our two pizzas. (Moms and mine/Swayze’s) but my husbands still isn’t out. Then come the TWO orders of wings. One boneless, one bone in. And ten minutes later...our breadsticks finally come. But still- no husbands pizza. So by this point we’re all aggravated. Finally we get his pizza. Eat, and ask for the cookie....
BRACE YOURSELF—the cookie doesn’t come with the special!!! So DIABETIC Kim Green has a full on heart attack and asks for the manager.
Awwwwwww heck naw. So. The argument starts. The manager says the waitress told him my husband put his order in almost 20 minutes after the original order causing the delay. Tells us WE were being difficult. Mom tosses in the ant. He denies the ant. THEN he says “Ma’am I’m gonna have to ask you not to come back here”. I scoff. Mom is shocked. Then she gets more angry and asks for the manager over him. He says the number is on the door. Mom says take the boneless wings and we’ll take the cookie. He says “we’re not giving you a free cookie ma’am and I am asking you not to come back”

I begin to say that I think there’s been a misunderstanding. Now we’re in-banned and got our cookie. But we won’t be back anyway.

Ordered a thin crust last nite. Came cold and old with a piece out of it. Couldn't even eat it. Never again

Yet another dry skimpy topped pizza. Have they quite putting sauce on them? even ordering extra because of past experiences, it like it was lightly painted on a red color. I'm done!
