I called my order in...got there waited about 20 minutes before asking about my order...gave my name, guy in the front say, they're making it now...I waited another 20 minute...people just coming and going and I'm still standing...not to mention I was on my lunch break...so I ask this young lady...had the nastiest attitude like I'm bothering her....I told her what I ordered....whole time they had the wrong name on a bag that's been sitting there long as I was...I then asked for fresh food manager was very short and just wanted me to pay immediately told me she took 20%off and didn't.....I'll never go back to that wingstop....the worst customer service ever...and everyone standing around like it's my fault they had another name....my name wasn't TT that's why I didn't respond....I definitely want my money back for being treated like that

The last three times we have ordered carrot sticks as a side, we’ve gotten nasty mildewed carrots. I thought the first time was a fluke, but after the second time I made a point to drive to the store and speak to the manager. Although he was rude and acted like he didn’t believe me, I thought he would have looked into it so I gave it one more shot. I took a photo this time.

This was my first time ordering from Wingstop and I ordered 10 classic wings and they gave me 10 boneless wings. Huge disappointment and it was 25 minutes from my house so I wasn’t going to take them back. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from Wingstop again.

Food took forever was expensive restaurant was gross i went to the bathroom because it had been so long and noticed just how bad the store looked... and I almost threw up because of the smell... I can't even describe how gross it was.. I was about to ask them to cancel and give me a refund but they finally gave me my food and I just left because I couldn't stand to be there any longer... I used to come here sometimes and it was always clean and quick what happened while I was gone....

I ordered 10pc wings with a small side and waited over 40 min for my order, was there a total of 1 hr. Turns out my order had been ready, I’m not sure what the point in asking for a name is if they don’t call it. The tables were also dirty. The food was good but I recommend going to a different location with better service and cleanliness.

The cashier was rude while I was there with several other customers, including myself. The service was super slow, I waited more than 40 minutes for my food. The restaurant was dirty, and every time people asked about the status of their orders, she responded very rudely.

My kids love Wingstop but every time I place an order from this location, there is an issue. Missing items or only 7-8 wings on a flavor that I should have received 10. Sometimes, I’m missing an entire wing flavor of 10 wings. Staff is good when I call in to credit me but I shouldn’t have to do this so frequently. Most recent order with lemon pepper had my kid tell me these didn’t taste the same as the last, of which he previously loved.
