Food was cold. Literally felt like it was in the fridge. They gave me the wrong drink, which normally isn’t a big deal but they gave me root beer instead of Dr. Pepper. I expected more when the meal costs $20. As the price of the food goes up, the service goes down.

The customer service at this Wingstop is phenomenal. Better than any wingstop I’ve been to and I’ve been to probably every one in Durham and Raleigh several times. The staff is always very kind and helpful of all of my odd requests lol. And the food is amazing!! I never have issues but today I ordered this for my Birthday and there was a small issue that they promptly fixed with no problem and several apologies. I told them about 2 issues but realized it was only one after I had already called them. The wings were definitely made “extra well” like I asked. They even gave me a couple of extra wings. I will definitely keep returning here. Specifically the young tall African American guy with the locs who’s always at the register, the older lightskin gentleman and the tall white guy are all awesome! Oh and the cook (brown skin complexion guy) is awesome and follows my requests with no problem as well as the other cook (young Caucasian guy). Thanks guys!!

AVOID THIS PLACE*** yesterday I placed an order of the 10pc Wing Large Combo w fries and ranch and added an additional 5 wings on the website for pick up at this location. When I arrived, I stood there at the counter looking around waiting for several minutes to be greeted as there were only two people dining inside & no other person in line. The guy finally asked what I needed & I told them I had an order for pickup. When I received my food, I noticed the bag was greasy at the bottom and looked as if the bag fell into grease and someone quickly picked it up and placed in back on the pickup shelf - I didn't have any ranch as this franchise charges $1.19 for a SMALL side of ranch and my fries were burnt to the point I did not want to eat them nor stand and wait for them to recook if they had the decency to offer to remake my order. I ordered lemon pepper wings and it tasted like the wings weren't freshly made and there was NO LEMON PEPPER seasoning either. the drink machine was DIRTY and had NO ICE. I wholeheartedly would've preferred a refund. I will never order from this location again. IF U DONT WANT TO WORK A JOB THAT REQUIRES INTERACTION WITH THE PUBLIC/CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN DO NOT APPLY FOR THE JOB. The wings were old and had been sitting for awhile prior to my order. there's no way those wings were stale within a matter of 15-16 mins as their website stated when the order would be ready for pickup. I was there in the parking lot waiting just so I'd get to it while it was still fresh.

I had an unpleasant experience today at this location. Customer service was horrible. A gentleman (blonde and red dreads) in particular that worked here was rude to me for no reason. While waiting for my order, I was having a hard time with using the drink machine and I turned to him for help and his first response was “what.” He seemed to have an attitude when he came over to help, but I ignored it. Then I received my order and it wasn’t correct so I said “excuse me” multiple times and he ignored me. I knew he heard me because I wasn’t that far away (he was at the register and I was at the other end of the counter). As I was leaving he then tells me to “have a good night” but i knew it was not in good conscience. I’m not sure what I did but the way I was treated by this employee put a bad taste in my mouth to where I did not even eat my food. I will not return or eat Wingstop again.

Ordered wingstop last night, ordered a chicken sandwich and Voodoo fries and both the sandwich and the fries were disgusting. I ordered a sauce flavor for my chicken sandwhich; they did not toss the chicken breast with the sauce to evenly coat it, it looks like they just put a big scoop of sauce on top of the chicken. There was way too much sauce to the point it was nasty. Woke up the next morning nauseas and with a terrible stomachache. This location has just been continually bad for many years. Only a couple of times have I had food here and it was good. I’m just not going back here again.
I love WS until still... When you notice things like this it makes you wonder? When working in the food industry remember keep it clean.

I LOVE WINGSTOP SO MUCH!! my roomate and I are obsessed with wingstop. We got the mild, original hot, and the limited time lemon herb remix. You HAVE to get lemon pepper seasoned fries. The cheese sauce was just okay but the ranch was amazing. My only complaint is that our wings seemed to be under sauced and under seasoned.

We picked up our regular 50-wing boneless order. It was as hot and as absolutely delicious as ever. There are no better boneless anywhere and you can't beat the 70 cent boneless special. We prefer the dry flavors but all are outstanding. Thx Wingstop!!
