Worst wings I’ve ever had. They obviously threw some frozen wings in the fryer and tossed a bit of sauce on top. Chewy, stringy, tasteless. Workers acted liked they didn’t want to be there. Never going back.

So we were told on New Year’s Day that they didn’t take cash because “I can’t open the drawer” I didn’t even argue. Just went ahead and left. Bad service. Employees were not serious at all. Real childish stuff. Never again. Not even if it was free

Im always Leary about going into Wing Stop because I usually get horrible service. The entire team at this location was amazing. Jayla and Shamar were friendly, hospitable and provided excellent customer service. Thank you for breaking the mold.

Was automatically greeted by Jayla! My family and I let her know it was her first time here and gave us recommendations a let us try the Hot Honey wings. Food was fast and hot. Would definitely comeback next time! I got the hot honey and the spicy Korean wings. + regular fries with the Cajun seasoning on the side.

Just left. Ordered 4 ranch dips….. got 4 blue cheese dips. The ranch is bigger than the wings. If I can’t have the ranch, I do not want the chicken. Also this is how much sauce comes in a cup when you order the extra sauce. Then, when I tried to tell the young lady at the counter that this was blue cheese not ranch, she took the top of one and smelled and tried to give it back to me. Unacceptable.

My problem is with the owner how are you giving out one ranch with a 10 piece meal and charge almost 2 bucks for an extra when I just spent almost 20 bucks for a 10 piece meal but you give one for a 6 piece meal it do not make since I bet if people stop coming you will over think that… that greed smdh yea im going off about ranch when I just spent almost 20 bucks we can get 2 for a 10 piece meal
This is the second time they sent me an entirely different order from what I placed. The first time, I received someone else's order, and this time the instructions were not followed. I asked for 15 traditional wings, buffalo, all flats. I received almost all drumsticks, and they barely put sauce on it. About nine of the wings were basically plain. I also ordered 10 korean bbq boneless wings, which again, there was barely any sauce on it.
I don't like giving out bad ratings, but come on Wingstop, what are your employees doing at this location? I've been trying to upload pictures, but it's not working. Is there is an email I can forward the screenshots of my order too? I have multiple pictures as well. I don't dislike Wingstop, but in my opinion, this specific location is trash.
