Where's my food? $72 dollars I spent on a order of wings for delivery. Doordash driver got there and said the order was no where to be found and he after we ordered. We've called all the store number and customer support to no avail.

"I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. I walked in and stood at the counter to place an order, but I stood there for about 15 minutes and no one attended to me. They didn’t even bother to ask if I needed anything; they just completely ignored me. It was a total lack of customer service. I decided to leave because, honestly, I’m not going to waste my time or money at a place where customers are clearly not valued. I don’t recommend it."

Let me start off by saying that this place either needs to be shut down or completely remove and rehire new staff. If I had checked the reviews before I came, I would have NEVER thought about coming. All the negative reviews are correct. I have never experienced a restaurant with such terrible service in my life. I will definitely be calling the health department. There is no reason why cold food should be given to a customer, not just one, but three people all at once. One lady had been waiting for over 30 minutes, they forgot about her, then gave her cold food. She asked for a refund and the manager, the manager never came, the staff told her she had to come back in the morning.
As for me, they remade my ice cold fries and don’t even give me an appropriate portion, didn’t season my fries, and clearly wasn’t using the timers on my food, because I was watching. How are you pulling food with no timer being used?? Never again

They messed up my order then questioned me as if I was lying I have no reason to lie to you then tried to cancel they didn’t help with cancellation it’s cool you got me this time $$$ but NEVER again the worst experience ever!

Buttttttttt 1st off I order a order for a future pick up then realized I was gonna have to change the time so I called the # I was directed to call from the email confirmation so I called for 2 hrs no answer bam boom cool no beans I'll make it work
2nd off I pick my order up some what my fault and there's I didn't check b4 I left and sure enough I'm missing 2 large fries I paid for as proven on my emails confirmation not only that I tried to call and let them know and boom what do we know no darn answer again smh I want my coins back !!
