The food was great however the wait times are ridiculous, I will never order from this place again , I place my order it told to be picked between 16-20 minutes when I arrived i had to wait for more than hour for my order to be ready this is not acceptable , I hope wing stop can do something about this, Never had an issue before until 2 months ago, they had many orders and employees outside smoking instead of helping. Will never order again from this location.

Tonight I had a craving for fries hoping to enjoy the hot honey wings and fries, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The wings I received were dry and overcooked, lacking the juicy texture you'd expect. It felt as if they were preparing for the end of the day and served me the last remnants.

The fries, which I was particularly looking forward to, were a letdown as well. Instead of the crispy, seasoned delights I anticipated, I was served a pile of small, unseasoned pieces that tasted stale. I’ve enjoyed Wingstop in the past, so this was a surprising and disappointing turn of events.
I’ve been to multiple locations around the world and this was by far the WORST!
I believe in the importance of feedback, so hopefully this location makes some much needed changes. It was so bad that I want my money back! Food cost too much to be served expensive garbage!

If you want to feel like you're about to be robbed and jumped outside, yet invisible when you get inside, this is the place for you. Outside, you have the guys posting up with their Honda Accords side-by-side like they are suped up Mustangs at a car meet. Then you have the dude in the shadows mumble something to you when you walk up the steps.
Once inside, it took them about 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there even there (I was the only person in line). In their defense, two guys were in the middle of peaking from their percocet highs, another guy had to refill his drink, itch his head and flirt with the female coworker for a couple minutes, and of course the female had to flirt back (she was the only one actually doing anything work-related).The other female was thinking about where she could possible get another tattoo and piercing since she is already completely covered. This was a scizophrenic experience.

Placed an order an hour before showing up. Got there and it wasn’t ready. Waited another 30mins in the store and food still wasn’t ready. On top of that they had roaches crawling around the floor.

We placed an order online that stated it would be ready at about 7:40. The order was not ready till 8. While standing inside waiting I saw trash on the floors and counters, all tables were dirty and not cleaned after customers got up. The girl at the front counter was having a full on phone conversation via air pods. One of the cooks walked outside (probably to hang out with the people outside and/or smoke), came back inside, did not wash his hands and got back on the line. I saw another touch his hair and did not wash his hands, and another wiped his nose with his shirt and did not wash his hands. No gloves or hairnets in sight. No easily accessible trash can for customers. The trash can is in the kitchen near the pickup area. The woman finishing orders took trash from customers, stuffed it down in the trash can and then resumed touching peoples' orders, again no gloves, no hand washing. Their sanitation score is 96.5 (not great) which is shocking considering how dirty this place was inside and out. This place is a joke. I did not eat the food.

I placed an order online at Wingstop yesterday. When I went to pick it up, I had to wait for half an hour. When I got home, I discovered that thirty wings were missing from my order. I went back to the store to ask them to make up for the missing wings, but they refused and were very rude and unprofessional about it. Terrible experience!wish I could give 0 stars, never ever come here.
