Awful… Cold!…. Wrong flavours!… wrong fries! Wrong sauces! When we complained, we had to deal with bad attitude and an offer of 11£ refund! Our order was £80!!!! For food that went into the bin! Tasted awful heated up!

I never really cared for Wingstop until i came to this one with my husband . The general manger with the red tip dreads has changed that experience for me ! The best wingstop . You might have a wait but the food is good when she is always there !

Why for the second time i come here in a month they have NO DRINKS. If it was a short term issue that’s understandable but this is your NORM now. ???? And have the audacity to charge drinks with combos before you let people know??? It’s a bait and switch.

Terrible experience. I want my money back actually! Making wings should be simple but when it comes to this Wingstop apparently it’s rocket science. The customer service was absolutely horrid. I got no greeting when I walked in. I had to ask for the sauce that was supposed to be in my bag. The employee was making the food with NO GLOVES, NO HAIR NET. It was absolutely disgusting and unfortunate and of course the messed up my simple order.The employees were having an inappropriate conversation while several guest were in the building. Save yourself some time and don’t come to this wing stop. Terrible service and always a terrible experience. The owner needs to fire everyone!

This is the WORST wingstop in Durham. I ordered online a 6 piece combo on 4/18/25. As I was approaching, the store, a Wingstop employee was outside. Let me know that their system had crashed and rebooted and so they had a few orders for DoorDash that ended up being canceled. I went inside and got in line in the pick up line and waited about 25 minutes before I asked if I could just be refunded for my order instead of waiting. I was then informed that most likely my order was Place during the time when their system crashed, and that I couldn’t get a refund that day because the manager had to be in to process a refund. Two employees who were talking to me, told me to come back the following Monday, the manager will be in and I could get a refund. I ended up reaching back out the following week on a Wednesday because that was the soonest that I could come back. I called ahead of time to let them know about my order the previous week and to make sure that I will be able to get a refund. I spoke with the manager on the line and he said The general manager was the only person who could process a refund (Which didn’t make any sense to me) He told me the only other thing I could do was just get the order remade so I agreed. I asked could he make the order now so that by the time I got there, it will be ready. The manager told me he didn’t have my order ticket. It was really busy so I would just have to come in and place the order. When I got there One of the employees got the manager, and let him know what I was looking to do. The manager never came to speak to me. He looked up from the back , looked at me and said something to the other employee. He seemed annoyed, and didn’t show any type of customer service skills I believe he was a light skinned guy with locs in a ponytail. I ended up getting my order handed to me after Waiting about 15 to 20 minutes. Overall, the experience was stressful And annoying. I will never go to this location or recommend this location to anybody. Their system crashing was not my fault, them communicating to me that my order wasn’t gonna be placed was not my fault, and even not being able to get a refund was totally out of my control.

This has been the worst wingstop experience of my LIFE. The sauce was not tossed, they mixed up my order, all of the wings were COVERED in a POOL of oil or whatever they use idek but it was so much it was leaking. I gagged. Bathroom was a mess. This place needs serious evaluation. Very disappointed.

Never received an online order placed on 4/20. Got to the location and it was closed but was still charged as if I got food. Called and was placed on hold never being able to talk to anyone. This location truly sucks and needs to be out of business. Or whole new staff needs to be brought in.

Worst Wingstop ever I went here twice and the food was in edible wildly undercooked once and burnt to a crisp the next time. This last time i placed the order only to find out they weren’t open when I got there. Ingenue Lyndon’s know how their still in business
