Horrible! I placed an order at 9, drove 25 minutes and never got my order. Got to the restaurant and it was closed at 10. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
I order 20 boneless chicken wings. 10 were mango habanero and the other 10 were the honey sriracha. There was no sauce at all on my wings

This location is terrible . I ordered the 16pc deal with two drinks for$19.99 and I must say the drinks were the best part of the meal . For starters I only received 12 wings and 2 of them were the wing tip and some deformed crumb with a bone in it so it was actually 10 wings I split the sauce my husband got the Cajun and I got the hickory smoked bbq they put them in the same container and the sauce ran together which made mine inedible because I do not like spicy food. I also added fries which were hard as if they were over cooked so they tasted more like seasoned chips. We didn’t receive our veggie sticks as advertised with the meal and the bag comes sealed so I didn’t find any of this out until I got home it’s a 15 minute drive from where we live . I am highly upset about this as I’ve came here before and received great food ! Will not be returning .

Please issue my refund I ordered food on 12-31-25 @534 pm. I called the local Zanesville location 2 times after 7pm. 1st time to see where my order was and the 2nd time to cancel my order. I told them we did not want food that had been sitting for an hour and a half almost 2 hours. The 1st time I called I was told no one had even arrived to pick up our food. The 2nd time I called I was told that the store cant refund the food. I told them that I didnt want the old food the 2nd time and they still didnt cancel my order. The delivery person messaged me at almost 730pm 2 hours later and told me they were on their way. I told them not to come and that I had told the store to cancel my order and refund me. They should NOT have even began to send the delivery driver. They should have told them not to bother. We want our $55.00 back. For a 1st time customer we are very disappointed and will never return for any service from Wingstop. What a disappointment to say thw least. Please return our money to us for food we never recieved after a 2 hour wait who would eat that chicken anyway.
New years Eve. We get our food stolen by a delivery person. Cancelled 4 times. Wingstop refused to make our order unless we reordered. I lost a coupon due to using it on the first order.
2 hours later our food finally arrives and it was possibly the worst Wingstop food I have ever seen. Our wings were cold, fries cold. Missing items. Missing drink. No shame in giving disgusting food. We will 100% not recommend this restaurant. No customer service help. They don't answer their phones.

The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight
Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.
The food was absolutely disgusting!!! Wings big sauce nasty drink machine don’t work definitely not the right fries eeeeeeeyyyyuck!!!!

Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.
I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!
Ordered off of DoorDash and the wings were thrown in the box/ bag so sloppy, sauce was everywhere when they got to me. Mild wings also tasted overly buttery and the lemon pepper was too salty .
