Please issue my refund I ordered food on 12-31-25 @534 pm. I called the local Zanesville location 2 times after 7pm. 1st time to see where my order was and the 2nd time to cancel my order. I told them we did not want food that had been sitting for an hour and a half almost 2 hours. The 1st time I called I was told no one had even arrived to pick up our food. The 2nd time I called I was told that the store cant refund the food. I told them that I didnt want the old food the 2nd time and they still didnt cancel my order. The delivery person messaged me at almost 730pm 2 hours later and told me they were on their way. I told them not to come and that I had told the store to cancel my order and refund me. They should NOT have even began to send the delivery driver. They should have told them not to bother. We want our $55.00 back. For a 1st time customer we are very disappointed and will never return for any service from Wingstop. What a disappointment to say thw least. Please return our money to us for food we never recieved after a 2 hour wait who would eat that chicken anyway.
The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight
Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.
Bolton site is disgusting, the floor was so dirty, the service is shocking and good took ages to come and was cold. won't be returning
Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.
I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!

Wings were seasoned well and crispy like I ordered them. Customer service was mid and workers were fast but seemed stressed out. This location won't be my first choice but if in the area, I may consider it.

So I guess today is national wing day, Idefinitely wouldn't have ordered wings if I knew lol for context I just left a 10 hour shift and wanted to get in and out, this location almost had a line out the door. The staff worked so well together it was impressive. Even with the wait they worked as fast as they could, they worked efficiently and made it happen. Just wanted to take the time to write this review because they were so on point, I'm sure others felt the same way.

I'll start my review by saying I've been to all three locations in Durham. And the location in Brer Creek for those that consider it to be Durham. Visited this location around 9: 00 pm on a Friday. Like every Wing Stop they were busy. With online orders, DoorDash and others. I walked into the location and was immediately greeted by a young lady with locs, she was assisting multiple dashers, and supporting the prep line and also took my order.
She kept a really positive attitude amidst the store being busy, she checked on me several times to ensure me that order was on the way. In the time frame that I was at the store more 30 people walked through the door. Each person received the same support .The team she had working with her worked extremely hard, made sure they were getting customers orders out as quickly as possible.
The store was clean, and ample places to seat even with being packed at times with multiple customers. I did not get the young lady name but she was very accommodating to customers and tried to make sure that everyone had a positive experience. Location is close to everything. If you are in the mood for wings, tenders, fries or chicken sandwiches give this location a try!
