Just went for drinks. They were good. Lots of veterans. Brought my dad here, who is a veteran. He loved it. Talked with another veteran for about 2 hours. Nice guy, I hope he's well.

I regularly get takeout from here, so here's my review:

Food: They've switched the menu up a bit, but the current menu is extremely good with affordable options. Their buffalo chicken wrap is absolutely delicious and customizable (for a quarter you can add grilled veggies, etc.)...The breakfast roll just hits the spot too. The portion sizes are great and leave you full.

Service: Service has always been top notch..The employees here work extremely hard. On one instance, they made a minor mistake with my order but fixed it immediately when I pointed it.
Will keep coming back, keep up the amazing work!

Small but personable environment. Staff was great and kind. The “bacon, egg and cheese” on a Keizer roll was delicious. Looking forward to going back and trying other items on the menu.

Mediocre food, had mushy rotten lettuce in my salad. Arizona tea was like $3- tells you everything you need to know.

Parking: Parking is fine, hard to find the rest. if you have never been.

Nice lunch spot with sandwiches and smoothies. A bit pricey for the portions, but the food is great.

Feels like (and essentially was) eating at a cafeteria for the surrounding business and not an actual restraunt. However, the food and service was incredible. Eating amongst no one but employees of the building made me feel as though I was an imposter.

Easy to get to..and to order. They have counter service and QR Codes. I had the shrimp tacos and a soda. Food came out quickly. I sat outside in the courtyard and enjoyed a good lunch on a beautiful day. They do have indoor seating also. Overall, a great lunch spot.

I have been a regular visitor to Twisted Ladder for lunch since it opened. I loved the initial food offerings - tomato soup, salads, homemade potato chips, etc - everything was great! When the menu was changed to be more of a Tex-Mex style, I was excited to see what would be offered and am definitely disappointed. The vegetarian options are definitely lacking. The only option for protein listed is imitation meat, which, if that's something you enjoy, great, but black beans should be included as an option. The staff is wonderful. They are all so kind and happy. As for the rest of the food, the tots and smoothies are good but the rest is just okay. I wish they would bring back the original Twisted Ladder menu!!

Decent lunch spot in the area. Shrimp was plump and juicy. The rice was a bit cold and undercooked though.

The burrito was very bad. Small, couldn't tell the chorizo from the eggs, and the hash browns seem like they were fried to a crisp and dry. And something like $15 after tax. This is not going to be viable for you guys if you don't step it up. Your patty melt the other day was tasteless as well. I expect much much more from a place offering lunch and breakfasts for $15 a head.

When Twisted Ladder initially opened under its original management, the food portions were generous, catering to plates within the $10-$20 price range, and the culinary execution aligned with the menu specifications. Notably, the establishment featured weekly specials, including Slider Combos, Jalapeno Burger, Shrimp Po'boy, Chicken Tinga Tacos and Rueben sandwiches, which garnered positive feedback from diners. However, following a change in management, there has been a noticeable shift in portion sizes, either in plating or actual quantity. Certain items from the main dishes have been omitted or substituted with alternative options (despite items still being outlined on the mobile app and TV menu in the restaurant).Over the course of three weeks, I observed fluctuations in the container sizes for side items, despite the consistent pricing. When inquired about the inconsistency in plating, there was no definitive explanation provided. While I have a desire to continue supporting Twisted Ladder, the lack of consistency in both portioning and menu offerings leaves me with no choice but to explore alternative dining options until these issues are addressed.

Not a good first experience. Don't know about the food. They didn't update their Google listing saying they were closed today. Or take down the four "open today signs" that lead you to the restaurant. They are closed no matter what all their signs say. Sadness

A hidden spot. It’s got cute decor and I got so much food for the money. I got the pimiento cheese sandwich which came homemade chip AND a giant bowl of tomato soup. I loved my rose’ that I ordered. If I wasn’t workin during the day in healthcare I could see myself coming here to get work done around breakfast and lunch
