I enjoyed the evening and getting to learn about the different foods one could enjoy in destination. They came fully prepared with everything we needed to create two beautiful charcuterie boards. Throughout the session, they shared the history behind several ingredients, offered great tips on how to make our boards stand out, and took the time to answer all our questions. Chef Zacki shared recipes for appetizer/main/dessert and we got to it! The meal was delicious and we all learned how to make some simple/easy, but sophisticated dishes.

We started with mojitos and a huge tasting board featuring garlic shrimp and dips, all beautifully presented. Zacki was engaging and entertaining. She has a fascinating background.
