Zacki and her team prepared dinner for a group of friends celebrating our 60th birthdays and it was magical. We started with mojitos and a huge tasting board featuring garlic shrimp and dips, all beautifully presented. Zacki was engaging and entertaining. She has a fascinating background. She decorated the house with candles and magnolia leaves and all the food was delicious. Overall it was a very special evening we will all cherish.

I was invited to a private surprise dinner for my best friend's 40th birthday. Chef Zacki was our personal chef for the evening. I was a professional chef for 20 years, but I had never been a guest at an event with a private chef so I was psyched!I had just returned from Paris a month before, so I was excited to hear that the main course that evening would be the classic beef bourguignon. I was hoping the meal would be good but I certainly didn't expect it to compare to the food in France...To my surprise, not only was every course excellent, but the beef bourguignon was FAR SUPERIOR to the one I had just a few weeks early in Montmartre, France (at a restaurant best known for their bourguignon!) It was flavorful and tender, and the accompanying vegetables were perfectly cooked. The other 3 courses were also delicious and as a bonus Chef Zacki is a lovely person! The night was perfect and I absolutely recommend Chef Zacki for any culinary event!

We had the library for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and the dinning room for a formal dinner. Chef and service took care of both rooms making sure all guest had plenty of food and drink. All while ensuring all details from napkins placement, centerpiece and other decorations we placed in just the most perfect way.And the food, oh my!! It was deliciously perfect…and filling! Each course better and better ending with a dessert that was divine!Chef Zacki helped transform my home into a 1920s memory that will be pleasantly thought upon for many years to come.Thank you chef!!
