I Love coming to Zaxbys on Roxboro rd. It's my Favorite one to go to and I've never had a problem with them until today...and reason for this one time complaint (I hope) I'm a regular there and I always get the Cobb Salad the most and Normally it's a woman who prepares the orders (food) and I swear she's the BEST 👌 👍!!! But today on 12/09/2024 @ 5: 16 pm there was a young man with glasses who made my food who doesn't cut up your tomatoes or...

This is my local Zaxbys and I end up there about once a month.
Let me tell you this: I have never, ever ordered food that wasn’t served so hot that I had to let it cool.

The employees are always very professional, nice and pleasant. The restaurant is always very clean and tidy. I actually prefer Zaxby's salads over Chik Fil A. Last week, I went in just to try the new taco's and banana pudding. I'm glad I did because the taco's and banana pudding were absolutely delicious.
Dietary restrictions: I don't eat red meat. So knowing I have so many chicken options is refreshing.
