Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Very disappointed…Boneless wings dried out, fries not cooked, and soda disgusting(consequences of the 100 sodas in 1 machine concept). Did not bother to try the fingers or toast bc other items weren’t good.

I love Zaxby’s but tonight was a complete disappointment. I ordered my usual fried Cobb salad without fried onions. Tonight I seriously think they put 1 1/2 chicken tenders on this $10.89 salad. When I called to voice my concern to the manager he told me that the kitchen staff either chop or dice three chicken tenders on my salad so I can appear to look like less chicken. . I told him it doesn’t matter if the chicken was cubbed, diced, chopped or shredded. 3 is 3 all day! He told me to bring the salad and receipt tomorrow and I could get another one. First off I don’t live on that side of town, 2nd I’m hungry now, 3rd you want me to use my gas to come across town to bring back a salad that you cheated me on in the hope of getting it rectified because there isn’t a guarantee that it will be corrected. How does that make sense? All these years these restaurants still haven’t learned a darn thing from Chic-Fil-a’s customer service that’s why they are still #1!! Zaxby’s is my second go to clearly they are not in the running to be #1 and actually are more like my 6th choice at this point. I’m over it! I’ve been inconvenienced once and now you want me to be inconvenienced again. That solution doesn’t work for me. My solution is to never visit that store again. The worst customer service I ever experienced in my life‼️ Do Better! Food is too high for these shenanigans!

Ok, Zaxbys, did their thing today!!!

A few days ago, I went, and the food wasn't what I was used to, so I kindly shared it with them. I promise I was kind ?. Today, I showed up and ordered the meal I get every time.. 5 traditional wings meal, wimpy sauce on the side, extra seasoning on the fries and down south sweetness of tea! AND FRIENDS...it was everything I needed it to be. Even the toast was on point!

They will not allow use of coupons at this location... I filled out their receipt survey to receive a free zax snak and their manager Isaiah said they no longer accept those coupons... complete waste of time at this location

Terrible place

This was not the Zaxby’s experience I remember! The chicken was super salty. The salad tasted like it came from a bag and the toppings were very limited. The tomatoes were mushy. My kids noticed ants on the tables. The parking lot had drainage and water retention issues. This felt much more like fast food than fast casual

Kid-friendliness: High chairs were caked in dirt and grime. No changing tables in the women’s or men’s bathrooms.

I had a coupon where you can scan a qr code for a buy one get one free for a zaxs snack. The manager would not honor it stating that I did not have a numerical code but I clearly had a qr code that states the buy one get one free.

Worst Zaxbys I have ever been to in my entire life. Chicken was extra dry and over cooked. Fries had zero seasoning. MOST disappointing was the toast, that you can’t even call toast, because all they did was slap butter on bread and served it cold.
