Not a fan of this location. Inside needs a good deep cleaning and the soda machine is awful. All the sodas come out of the same spout which causes the drinks to taste weird. Some of the staff members are friendly and some are rude. Definitely don't recommend this location.

The dine in option I don't think was available since they were doing construction. It didn't specifically state such just said inside was going through construction. The outside where parking and drive thru is has a lot of potholes. The food was good as I got the Grilled Chicken Zensation Salad. I tried to order a Coke and was told all Coke products were out which I find to be very odd. The drive thru cashier wasn't very friendly

We waited in line 20 plus minutes and there were only 4 cars in front of us.. although the food was fresh.

Keep coming back bc I love their hot honey mustard wing sauce, but this company still remains to be 100% disappointing every time. Been to several around the triangle. This one, I got thru the drive thru in record time-- Under 10mins. Last few locations it took me 30-45mins with no one else in line. But the chicken fingers here tasted really BAD and the size was comparable to the size of their wing flats. Can you please bottle your hot honey mustard sauce, I will be your No. 1 customer. And just put thay sauce on other people's food.

This has to be an average at best Zaxby's. Everytime I order, the service is poor or the food is cold. They claim to never have sweet tea after 8 in the drive thru. I usually try to give them a benefit of doubt but it falls short almost everytime I order from here

Good customer service should NOT be a lost art! We have āmanagersā that supposedly are leading the flock but they must have received their hospitality training from Oscar the grouch. Itās fast food and no one expects Michelin star food and service from Zaxbyās but what I do expect is an apology when you are wrong. This is the second time this restaurant has screwed up the order. If someone calls to say an error was made please donāt try to disprove what Iām saying. Listen and and then respond. Apologize. Be empathetic. Try to resolve the issue. Iām sure none of this means anything but all of my coins are hard earned and my time is precious. When I do my job poorly I have to answer for it but the gag is I work hard at everything I do.

The worst zaxby's i have ever been to...cashier didn't ring up a part of an order but did not tell me that they were out if the fajita quesedilla. Chocolate milkshake was the shake mix and whip cream, absolutelyno chocolate. Had the cashier told me they were out of the quesedilla I would have ordered something else. Avoid this place at all costs..

To me it is a cross between kfc and raising canes . It is an alternative if either one has a long line but not much difference setting themselves apart.
