Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

2nd time ordering from this location and order not correct. On both orders on one of the plates we ordered slaw but got fries. Tonight we ordered the kickin Chicken sandwich. description made it sound like it was going to be hot. There was no heat. was excited to get it, but now very disappointed.

This is the worst zaxbys I've ever been to...management is a joke...staff is about as lazy as it gets....just go thru the drive thru..you'll sit there for 5 minutes before they even acknowledge you..then another 15 for them to figure out there at work.i travel for work and frequent these quite a bit all over the country....trust when I say this one is a joke....👇just the long list of locals who fel the same...shame on the owner

Waited 10 minutes to order, 10 minutes of waiting for my food, tried to cancel my order because I had to get back to work, manager said she was busy and I’d have to wait, then I finally got my food 10 minutes after waiting for it to be cancelled. Overall worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, and absolutely will not come here again at any point in the future. Absolutely unbelievable

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes at 12 pm. I made a mobile order and can't leave the line and I have 2 sleeping babies that prevent me from going inside. Waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for cold food is ridiculous. This is the 3rd time this has happened now.

I have given this location multiple chances. Every time I go it takes at least 10 minutes to get our food, no matter how many customers are in front of us. The franchise brought back the milkshakes but they never have any. Attitudes have been rude at times.

Service is so slow for a fast food restaurant. For the amount of time I waited and the price, I could have a much better lunch.

We enjoyed our food both times that we went. The staff were friendly and my husband said that he felt comfortable when he went inside.

Paid $17 for an order or 10 comically small wings. What a rip off. My girlfriend ordered the chicken tenders and they looked like they were cut in half and then friend. Also the Dr Pepper was all syrup, no carbonation. It’s funny how these companies are demanding more money but the quality continues to plummet. Horrible.

Nothing really changes here. Doors to dining room locked during day. Can only go to drive thru. Soda machine often out of flavors. Got tenders and one of the 4 was the size of a french fry. No joke. Manager appeared annoyed with kitchen and replaced it, but no apologies or anything else for having to wait another 5 minutes to get food. This spot will probably close down at some point from negligence.

Just wasted my whole lunch break waiting in line for my food.

I was the 3rd person in line and it still took 20 minutes to place my order because door dash drivers kept interrupting and always got first priority. Cashier was rude and swearing at people under his breath. No ice in the soda machine. After finally being able to place my order, the chicken tenders I received were basically the size of McDonald’s nuggets but inexplicably cost $10. Not coming back

The wings are small as my pinky. Also
For seventeen eighteen dollars, I will not be going back
