Went to pick up my order, I grabbed it and was told to verify it by the cooks. Some lady came by checking the order and I asked her how do I verify it since I placed my own order online and was not a delivery driver. She looked at the receipt on my phone which didn’t show my name and said I was good. The whole thing seemed unnecessary because I could tell she in no way verified if it was me or not. So I recommend you put the online pick up orders behind the register if you are going to push for them to verify an order than isn’t a delivery. If you have issue with orders being taken, then this would be a no brainer to do. Thank you.

I'm a delivery driver. I had a customer place an order at about 11:20 PM. I arrived at the drivethru at 11:30 PM. Sat in a very slow drivethru for 30 minutes. Got to the front at 12:00 AM and the employee said they were out of traditional wings. Okay, what about boneless wings? Nope. Okay, what about tenders? Nope. Okay, what about just the sides? Nope. They (a) inexplicably did not prepare the order when they got it, and (b) when I got to the front of the drivethru their kitchen was now closed, so they refused to cook literally anything for the customer. The only thing they gave were the drinks. I spoke to the manager and they refused to make ANYTHING for the customer. I am genuinely speechless. They've had the customer's order for 40 minutes, never made any of it, and made me sit in line for 30 minutes for no reason. I'm frustrated I wasted my time and I feel bad for the paying customer who got screwed by horrible management. I strongly urge people to not visit this location, it is clear their management does not care about paying customers.

after waiting in the drive through for 17 minutes while folks drove off, i ended up behind the car at the speaker for 4 minutes before i finally decided to call and apparently they were closed and had 2 door dash orders

Probably the slowest Zaxby's I've ever been to. A friend and myself have gone multiple times and ended up waiting 20+ minutes to get our food even when there is only one other person there. I've also gone in with a larger party, where some of us had our food brought to the table, and then others (at the same table) just had our names called and got stared at from the person announcing the orders until we eventually stood up to grab it.
The food itself is pretty standard for Zaxbys when they get your order correct, but due to the wait times, it's literally faster to drive an extra 10-15 minutes out of the way and go to an entirely different location.

It took 34 minutes between the time my order was placed and the time it was ready What it doesn’t show is that I waited at least 15 minutes in line before anyone took my order.
There were other people that have been waiting 40 minutes for their food.
Several more customers came in to the restaurant to place orders to which an employee told them that it was going to be at least a 40 minute wait so they immediately turned around and left.
As I was walking to my car. There were five or six people getting out of a van getting ready to walk in when one of the drive-through customers told them don’t because she had just waited for her drive-through order.
I’m guessing this location easily missed out on $100 worth of orders during the time that I was there.
All of the employers were working it’s not like they were standing around doing nothing. They were just severely understaffed.
Not an employee problem at all, either a management or an ownership problem.

I’m never wanting to leave a bad review for a restaurant, but it is seriously baffling how, every time I come here it takes 45 minutes to get some tenders. I really think they must be chopping the heads off of them in the back because every time I come here it is the longest wait I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Finally learned my lesson to stop trying today but that was after several terrible experiences.

Waited 27 minutes in drive through line and 30 minutes for my food because I was told to pull over to wait. The worst thing was that the restaurant inside was empty and only 3 cars in line! This place is very dirty and customer service is terrible. Don’t even bother come to this place.

This Zaxbys is shrouded in darkness. There are NO OUTSIDE LIGHTS. None working in the parking lot and NONE at the drive through. You can't see what you are ordering...and even driving slowly, someone walked out in front of my car...in darkness. It would be appropriate for this to be addressed as soon as possible to prevent any mishaps and to ensure safety, much less help customers be able to order at 5 pm....when its DARK.
