Alexe's Grill and Ice Cream

The waitress was very rude. She was playing on her Apple Watch while taking our order, she never looked at us, and then at one point she left and never came back. They put jalapeños in our food without listing it on the menu or telling us. It took one hour to make one burrito, two corn dogs, and one taco salad. The cashier was also rude and was stingy on the ice cream.

This place has gone totally downhill. It is way overpriced for the amount of food they give you and the quality of food. The Greek salad is made with shredded iceberg lettuce and it’s really skimpy. The portion of french fries was pathetic also. Three people had a lite lunch there today and with tip it came up to almost $40. That is insane. No wonder it was empty. I was wondering why, sadly we will not be back.

This business has some of the friendliest staff I've ever seen. I love taking my Mama for ice cream here. They are patient with her and the food is phenomenal.

Place has gone down hill recently. Major shift in quality of food. It used to taste like your standard burger place. Now the quality of food is more that of a public schools cafeteria type food. The new style of fries are awful and cheap. I used to be a standard customer. Sadly the family and I will not be returning any longer.
