“I placed my order on the app while in the parking lot. The app wouldn't let me swap the mashed potatoes and gravy for fries but ordered anyway. I walked in 2 minutes after I placed the order and approached the counter. I was greeted with the front staff who had an amazing and positive attitude. I explained to them how I couldn't make the exchange on the app. Without hesitation they were willing to take care of the issue personally. As they went to line where the food was being prepared to catch my order before it was completed it was to late! It was already done! You know they took the time to take my order back out and fix it the way I was requesting? 🤯 How many places can you say will do that? lol... I feel well taken care of and hope they continue to give outstanding service.
