I love Mexican food. Came on a whim to try something new. Order the Arroz Texano which is grilled chicken, steak and shrimp with bell peppers, onions and rice covered in cheese. It sounded basic but upon first bite was exquisite. The ample rice was well seasoned with seasoned protein piled high covered in queso. It was a symphonic bite; so indulgent. I loved each bite. The salsa is trash though. Definitely the worst I have ever had. However, the service and ambiance was well worth it. Its such a great local spot. I see why its always packed even on a sunday

Got take out this evening. My fajitas were good, the steak was a little overcooked though. Wife got ACP, it was good, again the food was good, steak a bit overcooked. Found a hair in the ACP.

Very disappointed with our first experience at El Parral. My husband’s glass suddenly broke and spilled his entire drink all over him — soaking his pants, wallet, phone, the table, and his food.
Another waiter even slipped on the wet floor, which showed the situation wasn’t being handled properly. We had to ask for the drink to be removed from the bill. They boxed up a replacement meal, as his was floating in the beverage. They refused to comp anything else, even though his clothes and belongings were soaked and we couldn’t go anywhere afterward.
Accidents happen, but the lack of effort to truly make it right was very disappointing. This was our first and our last time dining here.

This El Parral has never done me wrong. Whether im eating in or doing pickup. Prices and proportions are definitely reasonable here and the quality it good compared to other El Parral's ive been too. Always a solid choice to get lunch here. Ive never had an issue with the servers and theyve always worked quick.

Very bad management!! The manager allows the kids behind the counter to laugh and snicker at the customers. Very disrespectful! Order was wrong and they tried charging me extra for their mistakes.

It's a shame, because their food is pretty good and there's not much good food in Eden, but their staff is so rude. I get everyone makes mistakes, but when this place makes mistakes they don't own them. We placed an online order that was almost $60 for 3 people and my wife was out so she stopped to pick it up. She checked the order when she got out to her car and we were missing the cheese dip. She went back inside and the lady was very nice but when the guy from the back came up to talk to her it went downhill. He claimed he put it in the bag and she offered to bring it all back in for him to see or for him to come out to the car to look. He refused and went to get a cup of cheese dip but no chips. When she asked about the chips he tried charging us for them saying chips were extra. The chips are supposed to come with the cheese dip. My wife told him we didn't get any and he just walked away. The lady at the desk went and got her a bag of chips. I went up to speak to the manager about how my wife was treated and the guy who was rude to her ended up being the manager. We will not give our money to this restaurant again. We will make the drive to Danville or elsewhere.

Worst tacos I’ve ever eaten. Barely any meat, dry limes, and soggy tortillas.
I’d say their best item is the queso dip, after that, it’s not great.

I stepped out on a limb and ask the waiter what his favorite dish was, he mentioned Quesabirria. They were fresh, filling and delicious. Thank you Andy for your great service and meal suggestion.
