My husband went to get me breakfast, a single biscuit and gravy combo. He watched 2 ladies who ordered after him, 1 of which included 8 orders, with at least 3 being a biscuit and gravy get their orders while he waited. When he asked about his order, he was told they would figure something out. They took the next persons order and again he watched her leave with breakfast before he received his order. However, a past experience with metal wire in a burger left a bad impression. Despite this, the staff remains polite and accommodating.
