I JUST LEFT THIS LOCATION AND THEY GAVE ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ORDER WHICH I CANNOT EAT, THE EMPLOYEES WERE LAUGHING AND JUMPING AROUND BECAUSE THEY SAW A RAT AND HAVING A GOOD OLD TIME WITH 3 CARS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. ALSO REALLY DIRTY WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD -10/10

Drive thru lady mumbled something and I asked her to clarify what she said and with a hostile attitude she said “ we are only serving fried food!” I decided that she was reflecting the attitude with the food prep so I chose to leave and vowed not to go there again. Good luck with that. Times have changed no longer does customer service matter. So “I rule at Burger King” is a lie.

PLEASE READ ALL..... On Friday 2/2/24 at 1:30 placed a take-out order at outside drive-up, for Big Fish combo and a small order of fries.When at pickup window, was told small fry was $2.87! No thank you.Cashier said, "here is your Big Fish" and my husband said, "I ordered a combo" - "Oh okay", said the cashier, and handed him a bag with a Big Fish sandwich in it. What the Hell???Not only did she get the order wrong, but never corrected it at the window......Poor Employee and Uncaring Management.... Shame On You!
