Visited their new location on Broad St, Edenton, NC. I had the pulled pork tray. It came with cornbread and two sides. The sides were healthy portions. I added a jalapeno cheddar sausage link. All the food was superb. No frills dining, no servers, which was nice. The dining room was packed during lunchtime, so I got mine to go. Plenty enough food to split with my dinner. It had been a while since I had visited Old Colony. I love their new location and the vibe of the place. The covered outdoor seating is a plus. The food was good, but I was underwhelmed by the meat portion of my order. I assumed that since I was paying quite a bit more than a sandwich, the portion would be greater. I really liked their mac & cheese. The service was excellent. If you haven't been, I would recommend giving them a try.

One thing that stands out about Old Colony is that their sides are just as awesome as their Brisket and Chicken and BBQ. Great food, worth the drive..worth the wait in line...with the price....
