Best place to eat ,Clean place fast service, friendly staff .one thing that I like the most the management team is so friendly and they understand the value of their customers time .

Totally disappointed on mini blizzard, turned out to be a mini mess

Went in at 8:30 to get a fish sandwich with cheese curds and a tea. Cashier claimed they were "out of tea" (both sweet and unsweet) and pointed to the drink machine. I don't drink soda, and informed her of this, as a drink was supposed to come with my meal. She then went in the back, pulled out a cart from the walk-in cooler with two tea urns on it!! Then I was informed they are "out of fish". At that point I said nevermind, we will go somewhere else. There were 3 employees there at least who I laid eyes on. None were doing anything that I saw other than standing around. No other customers. Maybe they were actually out of fish, who knows, but I wasn't about to stick around and find out why they didn't want to make our order or wait on any customers; they clearly don't care... I used to go to this DQ all the time but it was years ago and after tonight, definitely won't be back!! I gave one star for service since she did pull the tea cart out after I said I don't drink soda, but they get 0 stars elsewhere. Ridiculous!

I normally have great service and great food here! Tonight…. No! The banana split was made upside down, with extra syrupy watery strawberry juice dumped on top, no wet walnuts, flat whipped cream , etc. … my husband and I looked at each other and laughed and then- I said ok—- it’s Friday night, I’ll just enjoy it!
Then- A fly fell from the light (understandable- that happens!) …. I took it to manager - thinking at that point she may just swap it at a minimum for a dilly bar lol - and I asked for a cup to get a drink or some water to “wash down” the thought and observation of the grossness. The manager sarcastically told me no- it wasn't her fault the fly fell in the ice cream. And guess what- she’s right! It wasn’t. But what was terrible was her attitude, her tone, her lack of customer service and bad representation of this restaurant. Again, this is rare for me to give a negative review, because I truly understand things can happen When you deal with food and situations. But a person, especially manager, does not have to be rude and hateful.

Order ws not filled correctly at the drive -thru. I went inside to get it corrected, server seemed to be confused, so someone else had to step in.

Just got a large soft chocolate ice cream cone. Wish you had waffle cones. It was very good. Young teen who waited on us was nice, but did not smile. Overall, the visit was accomodating.
