I ordered through doordash. This is my second time ordering. And I can honestly say this is some of the best Chinese food I've had in the Carolinas in a very long time whoever is in that kitchen keep them there. I ordered the honey chicken wings previously and today I had the boneless honey chicken wings. Chicken was well cooked noodles were hot and very flavorful. Always have to give and there's really nothing to eat in Edenton so I'm grateful. Thank you Ming Hing 🙂

Waiting an hour for online order. And then was ignored when asked about my order. Instead of telling me they didn’t see my order and is just now making it they told me it would be couple minutes which turned into an hour

EDIT: I can’t post a response to their reply. To clarify, my order was not read back to me on the phone or prior to payment, and the guy at the front was just eager to get back on his phone. Make sure if you’re going to order from here that your order is correct, and note that if they make a mistake, they will not be accommodating in making it right. I would have liked to give back the excess food for a refund in order to correct their mistake. Once again, food was mid.
ORIGINAL: Food was fine, customer service really sucked. The guy who took my order over the phone seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing and hung up while I was in the middle of asking to clarify my order was correct (I stg I was being very nice throughout all of this). Then when we went to go pick it up they messed up our order and charged us for it, never once reading back the order to us and we weren’t offered a receipt either. When I tried to talk to them about it, it was like the guy couldn’t wait for me to walk away so he could get back on his phone. They didn’t fix it and wouldn’t refund the money we were overcharged due to their mistake. Food was mid. Definitely not worth the weird, frustrating experience of ordering from there, or the price (expensive for what it was).

We enjoyed this restaurant for years, but sadly, no more.
As with far too many other restaurants in this town, the non-fish fried foods tastes like fish. Fishy cheese wontons? Fishy egg rolls?
Not again.

If you crave an amazing egg roll, superb General Tsos and an authentic Singapore Pancit this is the place to go! I live in Elizabeth city and the Chinese food around here isn’t bad but with Ming Hing doing flavor and quality like this it’s worth the trip!
Don’t sleep on this, taste the passion of a family making their version of comfort meals!!!

Love Ming Hing's food and the Boba tea is amazing!! Everyone there is always so friendly too!! The hibachi is sooooo good and I could drink their yum yum sauce!!
My beef lo mein tasting like fish was my last attempt at eating here, if you call in a order they don’t give you a total price or estimated time or anything, them moving to an Edenton location has been there biggest downfall
I had a to go order of vegetable hibachi, spring rolls and fried dough. The only thing that was just okay was the spring rolls, tofu and the white rice. The vegetables were bland and a little on the soggy side. They hardly had any taste at all. The fried dough was hard and the strawberry syrup they smother it with was sickly sweet, and they put too much on it. I really wanted to leave a good review because the people who run the place were really nice, but after trying their food, I just can't. Maybe I caught them on a off day. In any rate, I definitely won't be back.
Best Chinese in the area, at least from my experience. The portions are large, and the quality is solid. No complaints, my expectations were met and
then exceeded, will definitely come again.

Overall it was ok. Wish they had more to choose from for the price I paid. Staff never came back over to us to see if we needed anything else to drink the whole time we were there.

We eat takeout from Ming Hing at LEAST once a week since it is so good. Ming Hing definitely has the best Chinese and Japanese in a 50-mile radius. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures, but if I did, they would make you want to eat there ASAP. Their meat is well seasoned, tender, juicy, and the plates come with a ton of it. Ming Hing is WELL worth the price, and I definitely recommend it.

Called and placed an order with a male manager, phone call was ended abruptly before being told a wait time or price. Ordered one steak hibachi no vegetables and a steak & chicken with vegetables. When the order was picked up my father checked it, and there were vegetables in the steak only tray. The male manager told him the ticket did not say no vegetables, & it would be $7.50 for an order of rice. My father paid the $7.50.. When I called to speak to him he offered the order of rice after making my father pay for it. Food is mediocre, the portion size has decreased. So over $50 and the manager being unwilling to rectify the situation SUCKS.

The food is really good tasting the serving size is very generous and they were quick too. The drinks are also cheap so I didn’t have to break the bank just for a bottle of water. They also gave me an option between fried rice and white rice and only one was listed. I definitely recommend this place whether you’re a broke college student or just stopping by for a bite.
