The food is delicious and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Honestly, the best chicken salad I’ve ever had. Defiant recommend for dinner if you’re in the area.
Bought the pulled pork bbq from family foods. This tasted like something someone made at home in a crockpot. No smoked flavor at all.even I can make it better. Back in the day it was off the chain! Either from the resturant, store, or when they catered to the rodeo in Gates, NC. Glad I just bought one container. It's the last one I will buy. No pun meant to family foods store.
I picked up two containers of their chicken salad today (1/17/26) and everything is different. The label and recipe. It's so dry and tastes bland. I won't buy again until they switch back to the old recipe. Gross!
