A nice convenient place to meet up with 🧡 friends
Went walking downtown Edenton early yesterday and tried a caramel frappe before we ventured out. They were really good.. maybe even a little too sweet, but that's not a real problem. Really cute place, the two baristas were friendly, and we'd definitely go back!
I was here on 8/2 around 9am. There was a young lady working who had a long line of customers waiting. She explained that her coworker never showed up for work and often does this. She still smiled and was courteous and provided the beverages and food faster than most staffs of three I have seen at coffee shops. She was outstanding and personally I believe that co-worker should be out of a job.

The Kraken Coffeehouse is a great and cozy coffee house with tons of menu options. The coffee is excellent, including the mushroom coffee. The staff are nice and the place is extremely welcoming and dog-friendly. The bakery items are good and the service is amazing. The coffeehouse has a special recipe board and a great atmosphere, making it a great spot to visit.
