Our waitress Danielle was amazing! She brought out our son’s meal before ours so it could cool down and he could go ahead and eat :) She overheard him wanting a dessert from the menu and prepared him a special ice cream sunday that he loved! She was very attentive and made sure that our entire experience eating there was perfect.

Not sure where to start so I’ll start from the moment we arrived. The hostess who unlocked the door was very nice and welcoming. We were the first at the restaurant so we were seated quickly. Our waitress came and took our orders shortly after. More people started to come into the restaurant. As we looked around, we noticed that others who came way after us received their orders before us. Our order finally arrived and we ate. We did get two orders of the all you can eat meals. Our waitress walked past our table several times and never asked what our second order was or about refills. We sat patiently but was very unsatisfied. When she finally came back and asked about our next order. We did order. Another waitress brought it out and we didn’t have fries, she advised us that the we had to order more fries and the waitress should have asked if we wanted more. She asked if we wanted fries and we advised her no thanks due to the already extended wait we had. I feel like the experience could have been much better with a more attentive waitress. And the wait time shouldn’t have been so long when you’re the first group in the establishment.
