The ice cream and topping options are awesome! But, the woman behind the counter was incredibly unfrienly, rude even. She didn't even warn us that the hot fudge was off and when I tried pumping it, it exploded all over my dress. I'd like to try the soft serve again, but hopefully not when she's working. I'm sorry ?

Extremely tasty, unique flavors and fun atmosphere. VERY clean. There is seating both inside and out. I also thought the pricing was really good. They didn't weigh things, so there were no surprises. You simply select the size of container you'd like, fill it up, and add toppings - all for a set price per container. I tried a few flavors - the Salted Caramel Pretzel was incredible - literally tasted like pretzel. My favorite was white chocolate mouse. The owner was also very friendly. Will definitely be back!

First time visitors with my parents service was completely rude cashier offered no help with offering sugar free options or with help when the vanilla option wasn’t working and seemed to be bothered by us accidentally using a option that swirled completely disappointed and shocked after treats come to thirty dollars for the three of us yet was unable to provide a receipt so we could see what was paid for

This business does not go by the conventional froyo business practice in the sense that they weight your cup full of sweetened goodies. They allow you to pick a cup size for your froyo then you pay for the cup size at a solid price regardless of how much add-ons you have.The prices are very affordable and the flavors are on the slim side but you will definitely find an option that hits the spot. The interior is nearly decorated and color. The outdoors seating is plentiful, though I think it is shared outdoor seating areas not just Berri Licious' seating. It is clean, it is convenient, customer service is good, parking is plentiful. There is little to not love about this place.

Cons: only half of the flavors were operating so not many options..... pros: the price goes by container size NOT weight.... What would've normally run about $10-12 at a sweet frog back home was less than $7 here. They had a great variety of toppings and the flavors of fro-yo that were available were delicious... the cashier working was beyond friendly I wish I would've gotten her name to shout her out because she was amazing! They have amazing seating outdoors including some porch swings and Adirondack chairs.... Very nice place!
