Went through drive through at 550, ordered a 12 piece tailgate, was told it would be a 20 minute wait. 1 hr later I was still waiting, went inside to be told 8 more minutes because there was so many tailgates before me. If that was the case... why was I told 20 minute wait?? Not impressed with their service

It's fast food...I usually go thru drive thru food is always right, employees are nice except 1 raggedy rude one that apparently works almost everytime I go there. 🙄

Used this location’s drive thru the afternoon of 4/9/25 around 2:15pm or so. The person taking the order seemed short, disgruntled, and unhappy to take our order, and wasn’t very understandable or speaking clearly. I first asked for a chicken sandwich. She said “well we don’t have that ready. That’s a 10-minute wait”. To me, that means they’re too lazy to cook it so they’re talking you out of waiting for the item due to their drive thru clock that’s timing each vehicle. So I then ordered chicken tenders instead. Then I ordered a Bojangler fish sandwich which was also on the menu. She said “We don’t have those anymore”. Then why is it advertised on the menu board? So I ordered a second chicken tenders box. We got to the window. The girl, who had red hair dyed like a circus clown, didn’t say anything to us or greet us. We received the food in 4-5 minutes. The fries were cold, the biscuit was burned on top, and the tenders were very small and overcooked. Will not recommend or be back to this Bojangles location.

Busy, slow food. Lots of yelling between workers which made me uncomfortable. The food was a mix of cold and hot and the tea was over brewed. Not a fan of this location.

This location was super busy, so the food was a little slow. It was delicious, though. I would definitely recommend this location. The manager is trying her best to keep the homeless out, but she's outnumbered.
