Can’t come here! After reading about the stabbing and how the manager told everyone to keep working and to work around the blood on the floor is a big health hazard!

Slow. I understand it’s Christmas Eve but if a person has a big order park them and get everyone else out the way. No reason why the wait was so long and it was only 4 cars in the line and 3 of them didn’t order anything big. Do not come here unless you want to wait. She said they are still waiting on the fries but that couldn’t have been done when 20 minutes passed by with everyone else’s order. It is not because of Christmas after reading other reviews they’re just slow.

Only serve tenders and fries at 830pm when the close at 10. But saw an employee putting fried chicken sandwiches in a bag and tuck it under the counter. 🤔🤣
Tenders were way over cooked , fries too.

Our food was cold, extra long wait. Around 15 min in line. Fries, chicken sandwich was cold. For a pretty new bogangles, it was very disappointing.

Probably one of the slowest bojangles I’ve ever been to. Literally sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, paid and then was told to pull up to wait for my order and still waited another 20-25 minutes, mind you this restaurant was not busy at all. I walk in to check on my food that is clearly taking way too long, the girl employee is walking with my food in her hand with her cell phone, head down looking at her phone, I ask if that’s my food, doesn’t respond, so I walk towards her and asked again, she looks up at me and says yes and hands it to me. For my food to take that long every bit of it was cold. Very disappointed for a place that’s supposed to be fast food and employees should not have their phones at the workplace while they are working. Apparently nothing get done!

My family and I had completed a mobile order for pickup in store. It was set for ASAP and it said the order was completed by 6:44, we were there in the building waiting for our food and they did not give us our food until 7:02. Although the food was good, that was terrible service.

Food was delicious... did not recieve straw and napkins which is unusual. Service took longer than it should. I'm guessing this is a newer restaurant and maybe workers need more training..
