This is not a high brow restaurant. If you hold your pinky out when you sip your drink, go somewhere else. If you want good seafood at reasonable prices in an atmosphere where everybody feels like they are with friends, this is the place. But be advised, large groups are difficult. We were a party of 10. When Guy Fieri talks of dives on Triple D, this place is the definition. But it doesn't need to be fancy to be a hidden gem. What makes this place stand out are the oysters, whether steamed, fried, or on the half shell, and the fact that the bar only opens during oyster season. And if you're in the mood for crab, shrimp or fried fish, they've got those too. It's a drive out there, but trust me when I say it's worth the effort and gas.
Their staff should get a 5 star rating. Top notch service. Fried Food needs some work. No taste in flounder, scallops were tough. Shrimp and crab cake were the only foods that had some flavor and not overcooked. Husband didnt eat the clam strips.
