Thanks to Shyanne, hefty chick with the blue, pink, and yellow hair (also may have purple too), at the window, she purposely messed up my order. I clearly and politely order fish with fries for both sides (which was cold and hard) and she repeated it to make sure. Everything seemed fine after placing the order until I noticed she gave me the most fakest smile ever so I became a little worried about my food especially after I seen the cook back there also look out the window so see me and had an attitude when they didn’t even have a hair net on. Come to find out, she actually gave me a lot of coleslaw which is nasty and was done purposely because the amount she gave was more than the average amount l've seen others get from this location and from what I got years ago so try it (didn’t like the coleslaw so I always get double fries). Got my food at the window and noticed she gave me 4 TARTAR SAUCES (which is probably why she didn't even ask what sauces I wanted like any other worker asked before the many times I went there the last 15 years. They always ask which sauces you want for any order, no worker there ever decided for me but she was the first and I haaattteee tartar sauce so that was a waste). The amount of fries I got were SMALLER THAN MCDOANLDS SMALL FRIES. I called once, it rang all the way through. I called a second time, it rang the entire time again until she decided to answer the phone on the last ring while loudly laughing at me before I even told her the issue. She was laughing because she knew she messed it up on purpose after I politely placed my order. She was not willing to give me a refund but wanted to "redo" the order" so I paid $20 for nothing.

The food was fine. We had to get the staffs attention. They weren't at counter. Forgot part of order, had to go back to counter to get it and one again had to get someone's attention.

Ordered and paid for inside take away, 3 piece fish meal, rung up at 18:45, got food, at 19:20. Only 2 pieces of fish, not 3, should have checked before I left, but did not, kid behind counter taking orders nice, not his fault, this place sucks, will not go there again.

It was a rainy Friday night, I missed my usual fish spot, so I drove past Captain Ds and thought no...then made a circle back, and I am so glad I did! I have not eaten Captain Ds in years. It was fresh and delicious!!! And the service was great!! Cheers to the two young ladies working extremely hard to service all the people. I got the Fish Sandwich and fries with 5 extra shrimp...plus the CHEESECAKE FACTORY OREO CHEESECAKE!!! OMG, DELICIOUS!!! My only thing was my fries were cold by the time I got home, no worries still a really great meal!
I love Captain D's! The food is always hot, always crispy and always great! The staff are friendly and quick with a smile, what's not to like, absolutely nothing! I highly recommend!!!
Parking: I usually use the app and drive-thru, have on occasion used the parking lot and never had a problem finding a spot
Food is amazing fresh they don't give you a lot of quantity of it but it is good and you can definitely find food on the menu to be inexpensive

Non existent & Rude service. Placed an online order, arrived and gave name and order. After 25 minutes I asked the person "working" about my order and after another 5 minutes was told they were out of the item I ordered. When I asked for a refund I was told to take it up with the online department. I showed the manager their website which clearly stated if there was an issue with the order contact the local store... She wasn't worried about helping.

I’m here at the restaurant and i’m eating inside, and the customer service is poor I politely asked for melted butter that was a major problem. I was unable to get it because it’s not worth begging and arguing over melted butter. I offered a solution to melt the butter in the microwave, and she declined the solution.
